- Please note that opting for meals is compulsory while booking the villa
- Outside food is not allowed on the property.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- This is a pet-friendly property.
- Please clean up after your pets, both in the villa and outside in the lawn/garden area.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
POLICIES
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- This is a standalone property.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove.
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- In case of a power outage, the 125 KVA generator can support all the appliances for up to 24 hours.
- Guests are advised to stay cautious of any insects or bugs due to the villa location.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 12 AM.
- Pets are welcome at this property. However, as a standard pet policy, we allow pets at an additional charge of Rs. 1500 per night.
PET POLICY
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling in the food.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
- Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the common areas and external areas for security purposes.
- All mobile networks work fairly well here.
- Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. Cooking is not allowed.
- This is a wheelchair-friendly property.
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
