StayVista at Our Beloved Summer

- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- In the villa, pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, blankets, and also in the pool.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property.
- Please clean up after your pets, both in the villa and outside in the lawn/garden area.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. 
- In case of a power outage, the inverter and generator can support all appliances except the living room AC for 4 and 8 hours, respectively.
- Check-in is available from 2 PM, and check-out is by 11 AM.
- A refundable security deposit of Rs. 10,000 will be collected at the time of booking or while checking-in.
-Note that the amount will be refunded at check-out, provided the guest count aligns with the booking details and all house rules have been adhered to.
POLICIES
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to. 
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- Pets are welcome at this property. However, as a standard pet policy, we allow only up to 2 pets at an additional charge of Rs. 5000 + taxes.
- Guests have access to the pool from 8 AM to 6 PM.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. 
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove.
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. 
- Pets are not allowed in the pool.
PET POLICY
- The bathtub is not operational till further notice
- Pets will not be allowed inside the pool or around the poolside area.
- As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling in the food.
- Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. 
- A security deposit of Rs. 20,000 will be collected at the time of check-in.
