- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas only. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.

POLICIES
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- The property is located in a secluded area.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
- This is a standalone property.
- This is not a wheelchair-friendly property.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- For all-male group bookings, a security deposit of Rs. 10,000 will be collected at the time of booking.
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property and will be available from 8 AM to 9 PM.
- A security deposit of Rs. 10,000 will be collected before check-in for all-male groups.
- This is a pet-friendly property. However, only dogs are allowed.
- Mobile networks such as Jio and Airtel work fairly well here.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- In case of a power outage, the 5 KVA inverter can support all lights for up to 5 hours.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the common and external areas for security purposes.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
