- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- All-male groups are not allowed.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- In case of a power outage, the 25 KVA generator can support all the appliances for up to 6 hours.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
POLICIES
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- While we are sure that you will love the lush green surroundings of the property, we advise you to exercise caution regarding any potential presence of creepy crawlies or bugs in the vicinity.
- Kindly note that power interruptions or fluctuations, influenced by factors such as weather and regional constraints, are beyond our control.
- This is not a wheelchair-friendly property.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- This is a standalone property.
- A refundable deposit of Rs. 15,000 will be collected before check-in.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- Anticipating the monsoon's arrival, our staff is ready for potential power outages with a reliable backup system. Please cooperate by avoiding high-power appliances like ACs and geysers. Your comfort and safety are our utmost priorities.
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the common areas and external areas for security purposes.
- All mobile networks work fairly well here. Due to the location surrounded by hills and greenery, the connection may get affected.

- Strictly NO DIVING or JUMPING in the pool.
- Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
