The trip with my wife during my honeymoon was the highlight of my trip. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The balcony view of the scenic beauty from the room on the top floor was a icing on the cake. They did an amazing job highlighting the unexpected room decoration. A small waterfall and fishes in a lovely little pond were there. The food was simply delectable. My wife and I were extremely pleased with the plentiful meals that were served each time. Regina, the server, made sure we were always taken care of. The other servers were excellent as well. The woman working the travel desk was the real star, although there was also a karaoke night for the guests. She has a rather vocal voice. We were always treated with respect and kindness, and the entire staff always had a grin on their face. This hotel was fantastic, and I would strongly suggest everyone stay there. I'm a little away from city bustle, but it's worth every penny.

I, along with my family, visited Bangkok in May 2022. It was one of the best hotels we stayed in Bangkok. Also at check out the hotel, we forgot some cash in the hotel room. However, my unit manager named Sanjeev was very prompt in helping us and within one hour the amount was transferred to our account. Impeccable service from Sanjeev.

Our total family stayed for 6 days and everyone was satisfied. The hotel is in a quiet area. The hotel is well maintained and a well-balanced atmosphere. The food is also good and the hotel staff is very cooperative. There will be a slight improvement in drainage in the bathroom.

This hotel is excellent. The restaurant and reception employees are extremely attentive. It is challenging to identify a person precisely because everyone is a good person. However, I would like to include narration and ambiance at the front desk. In the evening, the hotel offers karaoke rooms. There is a good food quality. However, it would be fantastic if more food options were included on the menu. Although the hotel is located in a strategic area, it is far from I market.

I don't know who will read this or what action will be taken against my vino, the manager of reservations, but I hope it's some kind of drastic action. I'm sorry I didn't make a reservation at this location, it's in Larak Zone. They have extremely large rooms on the est and second level and very small dungeon-like rooms in the basement, which fall under the same category of rooms.. The rooms on the est and floor have bath tubs, but the basement does not. But it is in the same category. The est and floor rooms have a mountain view, and the basement has virtually no view. The geyser in room 104 does not work, but it is in the same category of room. The door is stains, and the switch plate outside the bathroom is not there. But it's the same category of room. Also the basement and room stink, but it's in the same category.. Thank you.

We stayed in one of their best room 'challet' for very expensive price. We found condition of the room (#602) to be very bad. Flooring was very noisy. Some corner of the room even had fungi (like a big one). Furnitures seemed like very old. Breakfast was just average. Toaster looked as if from an ancient time. The only good thing in the hotel was staff. Overall, I won't recommend this hotel to anyone for 8000 INR per night price. It's not even worth 4000.

Filthy rooms badly in need of updating (see photo of tub). Leaky faucets. Wifi was patchy at best. Staff was rude and unhelpful. Completely not worth the money and quite a ways away from Central Gangtok. Nothing within the resort to stay in and enjoy either. We will not be returning - and recommend you please stay away. There are plenty of other options in Gangtok for this high a price
