This is the most clean, comfortable and welcoming stay I've had in my 7 week journey through India. The room was beautifully decorated with solid wooden furniture. It was light, airy and spacious. The bed was so comfortable, and the white linen soft and clean. We slept so well. The staff listened to us and gave us so much advice during our one night stay. The food was incredible too. Traditional Keralan food - with plenty of choices. We also appreciated the bar. Our only criticism would be the loud Western music which was played during our meal. We prefer Indian music when in India, but that's just us - and only a minor point. We are so pleased we stayed and would have loved to have stayed longer. lots of also appri

Staff were so pleasant and helpful. There customer service was exceptional and the hotel is super clean with spacious bathroom and bedroom. I recommend it to anyone coming to Kannur.

I can honestly say that this is one of the greatest stays in the make manner belt, even though I often visit herald for new homes. I can now visit herald as I locate a new place. A 120-year-old ancestral home has been converted into what I would call a boutique hotel. With only 8 rooms, it is extremely exclusive. We reserved 2 rooms at the Royal Heritage Grande for 4 and 7 nights respectively. The whole property has retained the old-fashioned charm of the house with modern amenities.. Wooden ceilings, windows, doors and an incredible warm I welcoming energy. Chef bash is now the real gem of this location. I can openly claim that it is one of the best herald cuisine I have ever had in my life. Hes so passionate about his cooking, and he wants to take you on a culinary journey with herald deep I rei who have served us with love I warmth. And the managers, general manager with I buried, are always there from morning until night, ensuring we have a pleasant time. Luckily, they both work with the Marriott convoy, and I was delighted to flash our titanium elite status. I just adored my stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a home away from home. Even though it is ten decades old, the rooms are modern and I feel valued. I stayed there from 18th to 20th, 2022 to 20th, 2022, and I felt valued. I am once more really impressed with their customer service. It is a tharavadu style building with stunning architecture. The Heritage offers an open air cable light dinner in a beautiful garden.

The hotel is in a strategic location and has excellent cleanliness. The housekeeping manager and marina deserve special mention for their kind and kind attitude.

This one is the best in terms of style with the most luxurious beds and rich wood floors. Very minimal, which I like, but has everything it should. It felt a bit strange to have warm low lightning, but we got used to that. And surprising, good food based on our meals at other neighborhood restaurants, which are supposed to be good but disappointed with the man at a very cheap price. The staff was very courteous and always went out of their way to make our stay more memorable. They served us breakfast and dinner even after we got late, which is generally not the case with most other hotels. They didn't rush us out with check out or breakfast. That's what I enjoy most. with and team way to go guys.

The food was great and liked by all. Overall we all had a wonderful experience and would prefer to stay whenever we visit. Our family had an amazing experience heritage. It gave us a traditional and authentic homestay.
