A notre arrivée la propreté de la salle de bain laissait a desirer, cerne dans le bain, toilette sale et cheveux par terre mais apres les avoir avise ils ont désinfecter la chambre et tout les jours c'était impeccable. Chambre confortable, petit balcon agreable, piscine magnifique, déjeuner bon et surtout personnel sympathique et serviable. Nous recommandons cet hôtel!

Overall, a good, promising property but lacked professionalism and needs renovation. Will never return. Our two nights were not very pleasant because they took a long time to check in, and the room was ordinary. The property is enormous with a large green flower garden, a lovely swimming pool, and plenty of seating space. Thats the only positive. Now, the negatives: two tiny 500 my of water were provided, but when we requested more housekeeping, they were simply denied. The rooms require improvement and are dated. Bed and bathroom facilities were adequate. Even after asking for opening it, they did not bother to open the inroom safe. Indiansoup, chicken biriyani curry, curry and thaisoup, thai curry, and rice were all tasteless. Fish finger food was also delectable. The brunch spread was not enough and unpleasant because the poca was wet. After dinner, used plates were left outside until the next morning because housekeeping was lazy. What a pathetic service.

The property is large, the room, and the bathroom and open balcony are both enormous. Large pool, enormous garden, large multilevel oven party place, large restaurant about service. Room service staff needs more training, restaurant team is understaffed. Food is expected to be more varied and interesting. I have a simple leaky tap problem and the light doesn't work overall. The team needs a lot of training and serious room maintenance.

We stayed at Gorbandh Palace in Jaisalmer for one night. The place has a vintage atmosphere and at night, there is a cultural show of dance, puppetry and music. The food is very ethnic and different. Would rate the room 1010. We stayed at the Presidential suite, very spacious and beautiful artwork is put throughout the room. Very friendly staff and maintain proper cleanliness and sanitation.

Overall, a very appropriate hotel. big, promising property with a wellkept garden but that's it. The receptionist is the shabby and unwelcoming type. The personnel is untrained, with few exceptions. The area's amenities are very adequate in terms of sophistication. Rooms required significant renovations and upgrades. The towels and bedding are clean. They only offer two halfliter bottles of packaged drinking water, the rest are empty jugs of ro water. The toilet and room cleaning is extremely basic, with a lot of hair. Wireless atrocious. The safe was locked in the room, but it was locked. When we inquired about the same, they asked if we wanted to use it or not and informed us that only engineer shib can access the safe and will be available after 9 a.m. We did not bother to attempt it again after the entire day when we returned to the hotel around rp, the safe was not opened. Hospitality is the only source of the problem. Restaurants serve all kinds of food, but nothing tastes good. You wont feel like eating once more. We ordered two dinners one indian and one asian both had no flavor. We had used dishes outside our room at around rp at night, but it was not picked up the next day, which is a turn off. This once great hotel has lost it's worth in maintenance and service. It's strategically located close to the fort and city. It's a huge property, but it is currently on the verge of closing down as the Taj Group takes over. I can handle an old property, but I'm really dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the rooms and sheets. Some staff were angry, others tried their best to fix the situation. Will undoubtedly wait for Taj Makeover.
