The staff is very accommodating and friendly. The rooms are comfortable and clean with nice showers. However, basic things like wifi were not user friendly and the power and ac automatically turn off when you leave the room so it stuffs when you return and cant charge your device while away. The foot massage is a machine in a strange small room - still a nice feature!.

I stayed for 2 days and 3 nights. Had a pleasant stay. Spacious and hygienic rooms. Ambiance and customer service were very good. Free breakfast was great. Had butter naan and their special gravy for dinner which was great. Worth the price.

Would suggest it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay at a reasonable price. Amazing rooms at a reasonable price. The rooftop restaurant served a delicious breakfast. Although the service may be a little slow at breakfast, the overall experience is excellent.

My experience was very nice. The service here was excellent, the people here were very friendly, and genuinely accommodating. The hotel is located in a good position and is very clean and well-maintained. The breakfast here is delicious, and they also provide a wide range of options. Overall, it's a good place to stay. There might be improvement in the parking area.

The staff is amazing, very polite and humble people. The food is a bit expensive at the hotel but the service is good and its hard to find a good place to eat within a 1 km radius so you should order online. Very clean and hygienic.

The hotel is wellmaintained and businessclass, with friendly staff who are always available to assist you. The rooms are very clean, the restaurant is good, and the food is delicious and served quickly. Its perfect for short stays around the willow garden area. Updating review while leaving tv service staff is incompetent to handle things like expired tv subscription from tata sky. Couldnt fix it even after 12 hours! Not expecting specific channels, just tv to work!.

A haven in the heart of the city near the stunning lalbagh park. The food is delicious. I enjoyed the rooftop restaurant. The staff is always friendly and attentive. The rooms are very clean. The beds are very comfortable. There is nothing that can be improved on my opinion. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
