I heartily suggest this hotel to anyone visiting malaysia. Avoid leaving any unfavorable remarks. The personnel was outstanding, the rooms were cozy, and spotless. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

The location is very good for tourists and close to the main train station. The rooms are small but perfectly fine. I think this is a new hotel so all fixtures and fittings are in great condition. The manager and staff were very friendly and helpful.

There was a space issue. The bathroom was a little too small. Other matters were fine. I cant comment on the food because i didnt order it.

The hotel is in a good location, a bit far from the city center but walkable. The rooms are very small but clean. Only recommended for 2 people not for families. We booked for 3 people and were assured there would be an extra bed, but only extra bedding was provided, after many requests. Only recommended for short stays for maximum 2 people.

The location of this property is excellent, however, the rooms are too small and crumpled. Its difficult to stay in the room. Although the rooms are clean, this property is not familyfriendly. You can only stay if you are traveling for work in the fort area and are only there for one night.

The hotel is close to cst, the marine line, and the gateway. There is no private parking at the hotel. The rooms are nice but small. There is no ventilation, so you might need to use a room freshener. The ac and tv worked fine. There are two bottles in the room. Hot water 24 hours a day. In the toiletries, they provide soap and a small shampoo bottle. Two large towels and one napkin. The hotel does not have a restaurant, you have to eat outside or order at the hotel. Most importantly, unmarried couples are not allowed. But i would not recommend it for couples as i did not feel safe considering the neighborhood and the area where the hotel is located. Solo travelers, go for it. More like a 2 star hotel. Overall a good experience. The photos are the same as shared on application.

This hotel is recommended. The room was clean and clean. The staff was very helpful, very passionate and going out of their way to make you comfortable. Overall I had a great experience there. Excellent accommodation.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable and the staff were amazing. I recommend this hotel to anyone. But only drinking water is provided less. At least 5 liters should be given.

We stayed there for 2 nights, its easy to move around in south Mumbai. No restaurant in the hotel, but there are 4-5 different restaurants within 50 meters of the hotel. We also saw 2 klassem hostels near this. The room was clean, there were 2 bottles of water provided, and the coffee maker was there but no tea or coffee packs were provided. Cons the rooms are small and require a lot of maintenance. Given the price and location, this is an excellent property.

A decent hotel in the fort area behind zara showroom. The gateway of india and marine drive are very close. The rooms have a nice atmosphere and are quiet spacious. Go for the deluxe category. There is no cafe or restaurant in the hotel. Convenience shops, taxis, restaurants and cafes, local railway stations cst n churchgate are within walking distance. Room service was poor. Had to remind them regularly for the same. The staff was very cooperative though.

The price is very high and the service is poor. The room service is poor and the reception staff are not adjustable for any help. The location is very good to access everywhere. The rooms are very small for families and couples. If you are a bachelor please go to the bathroom.
