We were a group of fourteen. Took the entire villa. The location and setting are reasonable. The housekeeping and housekeeping employees have no idea what to do. They were three, and even one cup of tea or coffee was taken 40 minutes to be served. The agent who booked us here informed us that there is a standard menu card, but when we asked for the same at the villa, the caretakers had no idea about any menu card. They had their own verbal price lists, and when we objected to the rates, they graciously offered us a 30 discount on their verbal price lists. We only depended on the caretaker for breakfast, but that was disastrous. Three of them appeared lost after we requested them to prepare any breakfast. They simply appeared to be well-trained to handle these services. We spent four days there. They barely came on one day to clean our room. Simply because they failed to turn on the motor, the bathroom taps couldn't supply water as they prepared breakfast. We had to wait at least 40 minutes to use the pool and room etch before breakfast. The pool and room are the only highlights I can mention. I once had the experience of walking into the kitchen to collect some silverware, but there were cockroaches in the drawer cabinets, which I even showed them. We were a group of 14 people, so I took the whole property. The location is decent, and the location is decent. The housekeeper and caretaker staff is clueless about what to do. There were three of them, and serving one cup of tea or coffee took 40 minutes. The agent who booked us here informed us that there is a set menu card, but when we asked to have the same at the villa, the caretakers had no idea about any menu card. They had their own verbal price list, and when we objected to the rates, they openly offered us a 30 discount from that. Only breakfast was provided by the caretaker, but it was disastrous. We asked them to cook anything that looked lost every day. They hardly ever arrived to tidy our room. They didn't appear to have been trained in handling these services. We spent four days there. There wasn't even one day, they came to clean our room. Just for the basic tea that we requested was missing when we arrived there. It was a disaster when breakfast time, as we waited at least 40 minutes just for the basic tea. You will never recommend this place, unless you are willing to rely on wiggy tomato etch and simply use the pool or room etch. The only positives I can mention are the pool and room.
