Excellent stay. The room was luxurious and spotlessly clean. The staff were extremely accommodating and anticipated my every need. I felt genuinely looked after from start to finish. Thank you for such warm and attentive service.

It was a good stay but it could have been much better. We chose Maureen for a day stay after receiving a bug. Even though I chose premium and assumed that the room would be bigger, unfortunately the room was not very large and the bed was queen size, which was small for two people. The towels in the bathroom were also not well washed, so we had to request one. The room was clean and tidy. The food was delicious. Parking is open but not covered, a little insecure. thank you, Pradeep sara.

We stayed here during October. The room was very clean and clean. It's also very good that we got a free upgrade to a club room. Everyone else on the staff was very courteous and helpful. The food is very tasty too. If you are looking for a hotel near the airport visit this one.

I frequently stay at this hotel. Ive been here with my family for a few times. The entire staff was very helpful and helped us with all of our room orders. Room service is great and the atmosphere is also good. All staff members are polite. Especially in front office security personnel are too good and customer friendly. However, the quality of this hotel is much lower than before. Particularly the maintenance of this hotel has gone to the bottom. The flow of water in the rooms is a new problem. Some rooms do not have proper drainage. The curtains in the rooms cannot be properly used. The problem with wifi and air conditioning is constant. Recently, rats are infesting most rooms. which is very frightening in this pandemic situation. Despite repeated complaints, no solution was found. Need immediate attention and hard work to bring this back. Management should see these in an emergency way. Otherwise, a regular guest like me will have to think of alternative.

Great hotel for this price. The place is in a great location, close to the airport and only 5 minutes to drop me off here. The food here is really good. This was my first visit to a boutique hotel.
