We had the double superior sea view. The view plus the sound of the waves was fabulous and unforgettable. The room was ok housekeeping poor, breakfast was good and meals served in the restaurant were good and reasonable priced, Beer as in all Kerala was extortionate 250 IR a kingfisher.

Stayed in the ocean view rooms they were so good to check the surf . I could tell exactly when the wind changed or best tide to surf every second of the day. Rooms were very clean and staff very good. Very happy

The hotel was clean. We found it a bit difficult to identity but it is located very close to the beech. Unfortunately we didn't get the sea view room.The hotel manager was very kind and helpful. He helped us by providing some food stall suggestions and we had a wonderful breakfast made in the hotel. Over all i will rate this stay as wonderful.

We had a great two weeks in the hotel with the staff being very flexible in accommodating us. The hotel is metres away from the beach, we had a sea view room with air conditioning which was very pleasant. However, the photos of the hotel on Expedia we saw are at least 20 years old and the hotel is no way a 4* hotel by western standards. There is no restaurant as part of the hotel any more, although there is a breakfast room which seems to get food from a neighbouring hotel. We were given western breakfast options (cereals, toast, eggs etc) each day, along with fresh cut fruits and coffee. There are a large number of restaurants within walking distance, along the beachfront, and we ate at least twice in the ones we visited. The majority of tourists during our visit were Indian including a large number of family groups, but we were made to feel welcome. Overall, glad we chose this hotel for our Christmas getaway

Hotel is at good location, once see the Beach from hotel premium rooms balcony. Rooms are specious and clean. My stay at hotel from 12th Apr to 14th Apr was nice and comfortable.

the safety. was not great the room i was given has the AC wire put in the plug socket without a plug. just bare wires . it could easily cause a fire or injure someone. the room had black mould on the bathroom ceilings

This is an average budget hotel. The location is very good, right on the beach. My room was large with a nice balcony in a quiet area. I opted for a non a/c room to save money, and it was fine. There was a good fan, and the weather was not too hot anyway. The wifi was out the entire three days I was there. The first manager I encountered was rather surly and didn't give much help concerning anything. The second manager I encountered was kind and helpful. They had a hot spot modem that I could use for the internet, but I did not find out until the last day. The first manager did not mention it, even though I had inquired about the wifi numerous times. The season was not in full swing, so even though the location was good, there was not a lot of activity. However, almost all of the restaurants were open, as well as a decent number of shops. I would recommend this place for a good budget hotel. If you get the surly manager, wait until the other one is on duty and you will be taken care of.

This was a good "landing" spot for our first couple of nights. We looked around and found a much nicer hotel with pool, tv and refrigerator in the room for a couple of dollars more.

Room: no stands for laggage, no fridge, no garbige bin, bed sheets worn out and were not changed for 7 days. No cook, same breakfast every day. Staff did the very-very best to reimburse all this gaps.

Idéalement placé dans une petite rue très proche de la plage et sans passage donc au calme. L'accès n'est pas facile car les véhicules n'accèdent pas en bord de mer, environ 300 m à faire à pied avec ses valises mais cela vaut pour tous les hôtels. Chambres simples mais très grandes, attention au moment de la résa nous n'avions pas vu qu'il existait une différence entre AC et non AC mais les chambres sont équipées d'un ventilateur au plafond qui fonctionne bien. Nous avions 4 chambres pourtant selon hotels.com avec TV et réfrigérateur, 3 avaient la TV et 1 seule avec réfrigérateur car nous l'avons demandé. A part ça excellent séjour, le restaurant de l'hôtel est probablement le meilleur en 15 jours de road trip en Inde, responsable et cuistot jeunes mais efficaces et très gentils.
