Stayed for 2 nights. Bed was comfortable. Room service was great. Enjoyed the free breakfast and lunch. Location wise it is in the prime location, close to shopping, restaurants etc. Will definitely recommend for couples and single guests.

Surprisingly Pleasant - Great location and very helpful staff especially if you are an out of town visitor. Easy access to the shopping malls, metro rail station. Very good customer service. Attached restaurant helps. I like the ambiance of the place. Impressive food options for vegetarian and non-vegetarians. Rooms were kept clean, room service was prompt. The room prices were competitive. Overall quality of service at the hotel and staff were commendable.

Dining staff gave good service. Good selection on the breakfast bar with fresh cut fruit available. Note: Breakfast is not served until 7:00 a.m. Dinner in the restaurant was also good and reasonably priced. Room was comfortable. Only downside of our 3 night stay was two men in the room next to us talking loudly till 2am, and their cigarette odor coming in our room. (There was a for joining the 2 rooms.)

hotel was perfect for a short stay with family n friends. staff were helpful n readily available. breakfast buffet n food menu for dinner were awesome. surprised to see so many veg dishes on the menu. room was comfortable with warm water n perfect ac. staffs should be more expressive n convey information clearly, they r good though. parking should be improved. enjoyed the stay!!!

I was very impressed with this hotel, it was clean tidy, the staff were always welcoming and accommodating. I highly recommend the hotel on the 5th floor of the hotel which is called Gufah and its an experience in itself. My standards are high and very rarely give a 5 star rating to a hotel. Its a great hotel to be in when your in Bangalore. The breakfast which is complimentary with your stay is very good too. As I am from the UK this hotel also stocks Qua Mineral Water from the Himalayan foot hills - I drank this water and I stayed healthy throughout my trip - it was great to come to india without getting diarrhea and I believe this qua mineral water played a big role in this. the qua water is not readily available so this was the cherry on the cake!

The hotel is modern and clean, with excellent customer sevice. It has a couple of restaurants. Food is good in both the restaurants, the ambiance in the Gufa restaurant is too dark. The staff if very helpful and will help you carry your luggage, arrange for taxis etc. The complementary breakfast is one of te best I have ever seen. They have plenty of choices and will even make breakfast to your order.

Nice property is wanting a city stay, the single beds are very small and and took up majority of the twin room. Excellent location, good food downstairs and nice bar upstairs. You get disconnected from the wifi the second you check out so if booking a cab etc, ensure you do this prior to checkout.
