Nice location on the beach. Everything great, except there is no easy access to the beach. You can see the beach but can not walk to the beach.

The most amazing part of our stay was the great customer service. My mother and I have never met staff so dedicated and committed to providing the highest level of care. They looked after us so nicely and attended to all our requests, especially important since my mother needs a wheelchair.

The rooms were excellent, food was very good and service was always with a smile! All the facilities in the hotel were excellent too. I would have been happy if the beach adjoining the hotel was clean. A little disappointed that WiFI was on a chargeable basis unlike other places that I have been to. Especially, in an area where cell connectivity for data was very poor.

Trods lidt år på bagen et dejligt hotel, men lidt slidt i kanterne. MEN beliggenheden og omgivelserne trak lidt ned i oplevelsen... Grundet lugten af "skidtfisk" brugte vi ikke det flotte poolanlæg.... Der blev tørret fisk lige uden for muren til det flotte haveanlæg., og dette fratog også lysten til at bruge stranden lige uden for hotellet.

Hi, I stay in Mumbai. Just wanted a break from routine so I booked this place for a night. So it's me, my wife and my daughter. Easy to reach since I am a local. Good part - This property is nice. Room was spacious, spacious bathroom, decent toiletries, beautiful swimming pool with kid section, jacuzzi by the pool (my daughter enjoyed it the most) and club room for kids and adults. The not so good part - FOOD. Over priced. For e.g. the buffet had so ltd options and priced 1000 +. The buffet breakfast was disappointing with very ltd options again. The oriental bowl restaurant manager was a little rude and didn't accommodate serving drinks by the pool. In short this place is good but for food u need to explore something out also maybe or just ignore and enjoy staying in the property. Regards RS

My stay was spendid. Just like the Hotel. The swimming pool was as long and swirling like the snake. Water fall, jaccuzi all in one. The beach was sad and dirty. Unfortunately it was a low tide and the water had receded far in. The hotel room was nice neat and clean. The food was great too. Breakfast was good too.
