Really enjoyed staying there. Whole staff was very friendly. Liked the folk music during high tea. Enjoyed playing in the swimming pool with kids and other sports like table tennis, carrom, chess. Cafeteria was also very good. Located on the bank of the river which had less water, so in the evening we could sit on the river stones and wash our feet in flowing water. All in all it was a great experience.

Just to walk around the property. The walkways have beautiful landscaping with the fresh smell of Jasmine and other flowers. The breakfast and dinner buffet had a large selection of food. We had a two bedroom cottage with a common living room and kitchen. Bedroom was not as shown on the left.

Excellent hotel and service. The buffet was a tad expensive but the service and ambience was awesome. The fact that it has is adjacent to the Kosi river is a big plus point.

it was a 3 nite stay and i would like to recommend this hotel to all. front desk staff is really friendly, resort manager Mr. Bisht and Mr. Sanjay Chimmwal was personally taking care of the guests.food was excellent.

On reaching the hotel we were welcomed by very courteous staff.welcome drink was served.Our luggage were shifted by them very properly.Staff was always there for us,very nice.Daily evenings there was cultural programs,the view,location the green surroundings and the fresh air,was superb.Keep it up.

The room was big and clean, with nice decoration. And then, the staff was very kind and quick. After that, there was an evening performance by Krishna who was really nice.

I stayed at this resort because I enjoyed the whole trip. The food is good, as is the diversity of the menu. However, I would like to point out a few drawbacks to the room, the ac cooling system is broken, and the toilet drainage is sluggish. After all, it was fantastic. The staff is also polite and humble. Very glad I decided to book this hotel.

When we check out from this property, I'm writing this review. The groundskeep is excellent every day, and the gardeners do a wonderful job of keeping the gardens in top shape. Youll be enthralled by the fact that your cottage is nestled between the lush green foliage and the colorful flowers. The cottages themselves are both peaceful and inviting. The cooks should also be praised because we enjoyed what we were given for both brunch and dinner. We stayed in one of the premier rooms, which are, as we are told, recently renovated. This room had its own shortcomings, despite the fact that we were paying a substantial amount to stay in. On both days, our stay was a little unconsidered. We had to request this on both days because there were no towels, lack of toiletries, and the absence of tea and milk. Despite our repeated complaints, which were ignored, the electric kettle wasnt totally functional and was not replaced. Spiders bred in the restroom, and the dirt that comes with it are also photographs. Im shocked that cleanliness was so often overlooked. Additionally, our stay sparked a supposed retreatconference for state legislators who were also staying at the resort at the same time. We were unable to take in the property's riverside view late at night, entirely unnecessary live performances were arranged to entertain the special guests. My sense of wonder was

Overall, a mixed experience. The property's elevation leads to the river and greenery. Also, they offer a unique mountain tour experience that is not available at other motels in the region. The food is pleasant and at home. The room was not clean enough. We first stayed in a superior cottage with filthy linen and curtains. Bathrooms are also subpar. Later, we were upgraded to a more upscale cottage, which was undoubtedly cleaner but we still found a giant spider in our room.
