The Sunshine Bungalow

 Damages exceeding the deposit amount will be billed to the guest and reported to agoda or the corresponding platform.
 No parties or events.
 Only registered guests are allowed overnight.(i.e. should not exceed 4 guests)
 If you want the house to be cleaned, please let us know 1 day prior.
Here are a few things to keep in mind during your stay:
 No pets inside the house.
 Fees for lost keys: Rs.500
 Please close all the windows and doors when you leave the house.
 No smoking in the house (only in open areas like balcony, garden). Please dispose of cigarette buds responsibly.
 Quiet time after 11.00pm.
 Do not use the premises for any illegal activities.
 Check out is 11.00am unless approved by the host 1 day prior to check out.
 For maintaining cleanliness, we recommend taking off the shoes inside the house.
