From entering the property they welcome you with their hearts. Extremely polite, professsional, kind and accomodaing. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. Pool side restaurant was amazing, quiet and beautiful. I just cannot emphasize more on their kind Hospitality. INDIA is the best in hospitality !!

What can I say. Excellent from the moment you walk into reception your eyes are everywhere the staff are so efficient they know how to make you feel welcome and when you get to your room you know why it has the reputation. Luxury hotel it is but the staff are what makes this hotel. whatever you need just ask and it will be there every one off them smile hello do you need anything from top staff to our room attendant. So overall a great stay we are heading back after Goa to stay in the taj tower..

It really does feel a lot like going back to what the days of the Raj must have been like. Everything is sumptuously beautiful, and no expense seems to have been spared - from the sitar players in unexpected corners to the wonderful smell from the vast floral displays. I was only there for less than 24 hours (though sadly I had to pay for to nights to achieve the required 10pm checkout time) so didn't have time to explore everything, but i did make sure I tried all the "perks" of the (even more expensive) club room I'd booked in a fit of extravagance. The breakfast buffet was the only thing that was a bit disappointing. There was nothing wrong with it, but there was way less choice than I'd expect from a top end breakfast buffet. the other three - high tea, cocktails, and cognac and coffee - were all much better. The room itself was huge and well-equipped. Crucially it had the only two things that really matter - a comfortable bed and a good shower.
