We made bulk reservations for a wedding. The experience was excellent, with spotless accommodations and polite service. The manager, santhosh, was incredibly helpful and made our stay delightful.

We didnt have breakfast there because we had to check out early. The receptionist doesnt know who their guests are and asks them to mention the room number every time they cross the lobby to take the lift. The room is clean, the bathroom is okay and no extra toilet paper is provided, no instructions given during checkin like switch to ac, hot water accessible, even how to lock the room because the door is 30 years old and no one can figure out how to open or close that door with a key.

Our stay at the upar hotel was excellent. The hotel rooms are clean and quiet enough for bangkok. The staff is very accommodating to all your needs. During our stay, we were very comfortable.

I had a great experience staying here. The service, security, and complimentary breakfast were all good. They treat their guests with the highest dignity and care. Mr.Prithvirajs service was excellent and very supportive. A musttry place to stay.

The rooms were tidy and clean. The location is in a prime location. Room service needs improvement as morning coffee is only served at 7.45 am. People like me who came for an early meeting get coffee very late. On 19 th1/23 morning at 7 am when i asked, the male receptionist was rude and indifferent. Except for that incident, the stay was pleasant.

The room size is bigger than in the photo. There is no kitchen so you have to order swiggy or walk around. There are many restaurants around the hotel so its not a problem. The staff is kind and patient enough to help you. The place is child friendly so we had a pleasant experience with the hotel.
