→ Villa has 5 king-size beds & 2 single beds. ON REQUEST: single beds can be joined and covered with an 1-inch foam converting them to a king size bed

→ Shared swimming pool (9x4m) with just one other villa (Villa Calangute Phase 11) + kids’ pool

→ Sports & Games: Table Table + Carrom board + Pool Table

→ Housekeeping services are provided daily, between 2 PM and 6 PM, by the staff. If required to be carried out in the guests' presence, please inform the manager 24 hours in advance to make arrangements.

🏊 Villa Calangute Phase 11 & Phase 12 share a beautifully designed compound with a common entrance. Phase 11 sits behind Phase 12, with a shared swimming pool between the two villas. Access to Phase 11 is via a path alongside Phase 12. Safe parking is available for 2–3 cars within the property, with additional road parking or nearby resort parking as options. Perfect for larger groups seeking privacy while enjoying shared amenities.

→ No smoking indoors – permitted only in balconies or garden areas
→ STRICT QUIET HOURS – 9:00 PM ONWARDS. Goa law prohibits loud music, drums, fireworks, and excessive noise from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. We respect our senior citizen neighbours and maintain a quiet environment after 9:00 PM.
→ Management is not responsible for loss/theft. Please use the digital safe for valuables
→ Any damages must be settled with the on-site manager
