Nice modern property. Had very delicious food and they made the food according to our request. When we checked in the reception did not make us feel welcome. But overall it is a wonderful hotel and I have to I would go there again

Hotel is clean. Staff are service oriented. Helpful. I had two issues. One was WiFi, it was not functional in the seating area of the room on the 5th floor. Second issue was that the locker was not bolted down. Made me feel insecure using the locker

It's a good hotel in the midst of too many choice.My first reason to stay here would be for its food.u get good choice of breakfast spread in morning apart from varied food in lunch and dinner (all veg only) including south indian dosa .Very limited temple facing rooms available but good to have one for better experience.Also,this gets really packed during weekends and festivities with lot of pilgrims.Btwn,hotel is in walkable distance to temple.rooms r spacious and clean toilet.there is gym and game centre but no spa.GM walked over to my room to meet me personally to address my concern.bit expensive when booked online inmidst of too many choices.

Was tidy and well presented. Breakfast provided was okay with just the basics. Other meals from the restaurant were just okay as well but super expensive. The room rates are also a bit exorbitant. Its not that close to the temple..unless you like walking thru the chaotic streets. We took an auto to the temple and it cost us Rs40.00 each way. We had a good view of the temple from our room.

Price if booked directly has a heavy discount. I saw a person negotiating at front desk and getting the room at 50% less price than I have paid

Well designed hotel BUT very badly managed. The staff just deals with situations all the time but it seems the management is un-interested. We had issues with everything, toilets, floor, locker, paint in the room. The guy who came to fix our toilet cleaned the toilet with a shower towel. Incredible stuff.

Room was very dirty under the bed it was not cleaned, bathroom was stinking Most amenenities like towels coffee sachets were not provided we have to ask for it Staff at the reception are sleeping or what i have already checked out and after 3 hrs they r calling me again to check out..iManager they dont know tge policy of expedia inspite of paying the amount to expedia I have been sent an email from tge hotel to pay again in their bank.. When i called the hotel saying why I have been sent an email to pay again the manager was shouting and was very rude asking me to contact expedia and take my money back from expedia When i said no..the manager was like we have nothing to do with expedia and i have been sent a fraud email from expedia.. Other staff was very good Only the manager He didnt ha e maners to talk to tgeir guest

Requested 2 beds in room they gave us king beds. One light stays on whole night. Dogs barking whole night, disturbing sleep. No towels in room. Hotel room needs mantainance. Front desk not customer friendly. Not worth for money!

Overall hotel is good, however experience was not good with special request. Have called 3 days before and have confirmation for plastic chair for my father for taking bath. Even at checkin have asked and was told that they would provide. At the end was provided small stool that is not useful for our need. Have booked total 3 deluxe rooms. With 3 deluxe payment is paid, one small request with enough heads up also not fulfilled so 0 star.
