Honestly, one of the best properties I’ve stayed at. The staff were absolutely amazing and there was nothing you could do that was a bother. On arrival we were greeted by Nikhil who swiftly had drinks sent our way and our rooms checked in, all while we were able to relax on the sofas. Genuinely the best check in experience I’ve ever had. He was our main point of contact after this, making sure we always knew where to go, what to do and made sure we were looked after at all times. It really felt like a VIP experience. Outside of this, the hotel was great, an amazing spa and fantastic restaurants. Huge thanks to the team as they really went above and beyond. Can’t recommend enough.

Excellent breakfast and the staff go above an beyond in every way. the beach is lovely, however the hotel does not have any facilities on the beach (loungers etc) They also need more loungers around the main pool as there were only 8. however the property is in a great location, the rooms are excellent and the staff superb.

Nous avons passé 3 jours dans ce magnifique hôtel à Goa. Tout était parfait: la chambre très spacieuse et propre, le service irréprochable, le personnel chaleureux… et l’emplacement féerique pour admirer l’un des Plus beaux coucher de soleil. Et même des cours de yogas inclus! Nous reviendrons!

It was great vacation we had with family. The food was great and service was extremely good with Mr Rajput at the Buffet restaurant was extremely polite and helpful. The rooms were perfect and we had very relaxing stay. Only thing missing was foot rest for the chair. It would have been super with that.

W Goa is one of the most amazing properties in Goa. This place has a quirky architecture and their rooms are quite spacious and sunlit! Direct beach access comes handy. Moreover, this resort is quite close to all the party places in North Goa which I think is their USP. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Laxmi was our connector and go to person for all our needs throughout the stay. She connected with me on WhatsApp which made the conversation super easy. She also went over and above and guided us to find best cafes, markets, pubs etc. in Goa. I highly recommend this place, especially for young crowd.

Some services were beyond excellent some weren’t. I sometimes had to wait for a cart for almost 10 mins, the drivers of the golf carts are there but don’t seem in any haste to cart people up n down to the entrance of the hotel, which is sad!! A shout out to Kishore and Dipti Mongia for their awesome assistance in the breakfast area!!

W makes sure you feel right at home from the time you land till you check out. Their vibrant young staffs are always finding a way to delight you. Then check in was a breeze, Mohan made sure of it. The breakfast at spice traders and sundowner at rock pool shouldn’t be missed. Their safety and sanitation standards even during this pandemic time is top notch. Would like to specially mention Nikhil in making sure our trip was a really memorable one. His recommendations helped us plan a legendary itinerary. He went above and beyond to make sure anything that we wanted was taken care of.. W Goa would be our go to place for the years to come.

A much awaited vacation after lockdown made it more memorable for us with Hotel W goa. Most important a pet friendly hotel with a very welcoming staff made our stay amazing. We stayed with hotel W for 5nights with family at the Villa. A beautiful private villa with patio for our puppy to play was an added bonus. I loved the Hotel that I went ahead and extended my stay solo for another 3 nighgs with their fabulous room right next to a small outdoor area. To begin with Mohan the teleoperator who solved all our queries even before making the final reservations. Sunny was in constant contact untill we checked in.The reception desk staff Trupti, Veda, Anderlia and Tenzin took care of our checkin, check out and stay extension. The food here is just amazing...a lavish spread of buffet for all meals is to die for. Spice traders has one of the best sushi we had. Thanks to kitchen table team, manoj and chef konark. The Rock pool is the best attraction and you should not miss the sundowner. Thanks to Abdullah and kalikant. The indoor WooBar is another best place to hangout. Thanks to Ajay for the best drinks...you have try his Expresso martini with cinnamon. Thanks to Rishabh and Alsia for making sure that we had the best time with the hotel. A huge appreciation and gratitude to Alsia she took care of all our comfort as well as made sure that our puppy will also be comfortable. Sensationell, alles wirklich ganz toll!! Das Personal war wunderbar, das Essen unvergleichlich. Die Anlage war sehr gepflegt. Man muss aber wirklich jeden Mitarbeiter hervorheben. Alle waren unfassbar freundlich. Wir hatten 2 wunderbare Wochen.

We couldn't have asked for a better stay. Everyone treated us like friends and family. Nothing was spared and we got to try everything the hotel had to offer. The rockpool for evening suset the spa for a couples massage the salon for blowdries DUCK SAMOSAS! Spice trader brunch and great picturesque location and stunning rooms.. will be back soon!
