We have a great experience here. The hotel is close to the city center so we can enjoy our stay and enjoy it. The breakfast buffet is excellent and delicious and the food is delicious and lavish. The room size was large as we booked a family room. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. They are very kind and helpful. I would stay at this hotel again and will highly recommend it to friends and relatives.

The cleanliness of the room was also nice with the good friendliness of the staff who worked well, as well as the beautiful scenery, great location which I would recommend, with a long wait.

We visited Darjeeling in the beginning of June. We stayed in this hotel for two nights. Excellent stay. The food is delicious. The buffet size is excellent for both dinner and breakfast. Service was excellent. Hassle-free.

The hotel is in the heart of the beautiful city of Darjeeling where you can find the better facilities and services I really want to thank Ashish, my harsh, and my Rahman from the front office I also want to thank Mriddul and the standard kitchen chef as they were very helpful and helped me very well thank you for them I have a wonderful and peaceful stay in this lovely town.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would certainly stay there again. The hotel is conveniently located near the mall and the heart of Darjeeling, however, the rooms are a little small and there is no direct parking facility, this is largely caused by the hotel showing that valet parking is available in another location.

The staff was very nice and friendly. The food in the restaurant was salty and not tasty. There was not enough heat in the cold room in the middle of winter. The space heater was just enough to provide some heat.The hot water geyser gave enough hot water just to wash your face and shave. Then you have to wait another 30-40 minutes to get the same amount of hot water. We could not a shower during our stay. The taxi provided by the hotel charged us a huge amount (INR 1600) for a short trip to a nearby tea garden.
