We stayed in the club suite for 2 nights. We really liked the warm welcome and all the checkin processes done in the suite. They served us a welcome drink along with canapes and ice cream for my son. The hotel is hidden gem in the middle of town. We basically had all of our breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner there - all of which were delicious. Thank you to the kitchen team! They maintain the property very well, and small touches in the room like coffee and tea, cookies, chocolate and juice are perfect! We will stay there again if we visit lombok! Thank you, ibu dayu, chika and mita! Our stay was definitely memorable!.

The room is very nicely designed and has a very comfortable bed. The food at shefu restaurant is very delicious. All staff are very friendly and well trained. We will definitely stay here again next time we are back in lombok.

Untuk hotel yang baru beroperasi di awal tahun 2023, hotel ini termasuk hotel yang sangat nyaman. Dari segi fasilitas, semua yang diperlukan sudah tersedia. Pelayanan yang mereka berikan juara, mulai dari check-in hingga check-out (saat check-out, mereka meminta kita untuk menunggu sebentar untuk memeriksa jika ada barang yang tertinggal) Pasti akan menginap di hotel ini lagi, jika kembali ke Lombok. Salam sukses.

There are only 13 rooms in this hotel. It is quiet, the air conditioning is very cold, and the rooms are very clean. There is a small swimming pool, but it is a bit small. Food, breakfast, lunch, dinner, but i think the taste is just fine. They give 2 bottles of juice, 2 large bottles of water, and some cookies. The cookies are very delicious so i bought 100 of them for 1 million rupiahs (10 k for one cookie).

I cant recommend ayom suites enough and look forward to returning in the future. I recently had the pleasure of staying at the ayom suites, and i must say that it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. First and foremost, the room exceeded all expectations. It was not only spacious but beautifully decorated, creating an atmosphere of luxury and comfort. Walking into the room to find a selection of fresh fruits, cold juice, and delicious cookies waiting for me was a delightful surprise. And the icing on the cake? A wonderful tea time with delectable small cakes, truly a treat for the senses. The pool area was another highlight of my stay. It was impeccably clean and wellmaintained, providing the perfect oasis for relaxation and enjoyment. Whether i was lounging by the pool or taking a refreshing dip, i couldnt help but feel completely rejuvenated. As for dining, the restaurant at the ayom suites truly impressed me. The menu offered a variety of options, and each dish i tried was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. The culinary experience here was nothing short of exceptional. But what truly sets ayom suites apart was its remarkable staff. From the moment i arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of perfect. Their attentiveness and genuine care for their guests were truly commendable. As i left, i was touched by the heartfelt goodbye from the staff, and receiving a sweet message along with a picture we took together after leaving was the icing on the cake. In summary, my stay at the ayom suites was one of the best experiences ive ever had. From the amazing room to the amazing amenities, delicious dining options, and outstanding service, every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations.

We only stayed one night, but we had an amazing experience and cant wait to return! The hotel has impeccable facilities, the food is clearly prepared with great care, and the teams attention to detail was what truly impressed us. Everything was outstanding, from the delicious cookie jar in the room to the afternoon tea that we missed but heard was amazing. The best hotel in lombok without a doubt! We appreciate the kind hospitality extended to us for the one day we spent with you, we are back at work now feeling refreshed and eagerly looking forward to our next stay!.

Ive stayed at ayom three times now. Each time, the friendly staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, comfortable, and pampered. Fresh coldpressed juices, beautiful handmade chocolates, and large bottles of mineral water are all in the room fridge when you arrive. The club suites are cozy yet spacious, with their own garden and terrace. So nice for relaxing without being in view. My favorite feature is the outdoor bathroom, which has a bathtub overlooking the garden. A really great design. The amazing service, however, is what really sets this place apart from the best ive ever experienced in lombok in 13 years of living here. I inquired about their lovely kokedama plants and they arranged a workshop for my son and me! During another stay, they took excellent care of me when i was sick and made me beautiful soups. Highly recommended.
