Bangunannya baru, termasuk kamar dan toiletnya, bersih, dan terawat dengan baik. Penjaganya ramah, dan lokasinya strategis, dekat dengan halte bus, mall, tempat ibadah, dan kulineran Semarang. Ada layanan laundry yang dapat disewa secara pickup. Tidak berisik.
