The room was immaculate, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff provided excellent service, and they were some of the friendliest and most accommodating people ive ever encountered. I will definitely be heading here the next time i travel 16000 km! Beautiful location.

I originally booked for two nights but extended to six nights after the first night due to how hospitable all the guys who run this place are. If they had fresh fish they would offer you some dinner and every morning they offered coffee or breakfast. Loved every minute of staying here and hope to come back again soon! Their mushroom shakes are also probably the best made on the island.

The staff and guests are all very friendly and funny! Great to hang out with. Bungalows are nice and spacious, especially if you are used to hostels and budget travel like i was!.

I cant recommend this place enough! My boyfriend and i stayed here a year ago and still remember our stay. Heilman, Norman and his team of locals were very friendly and helpful and took such good care of us. They affectionately called me purple hair. One night we all sang and played guitar to passersby, swapped stories and drinks, they really made our experience like hanging out with friends rather than just staying for the night. We tried two rooms and both were great quality. They moved us to one further from some construction they were doing, the included breakfast was something we looked forward to. Great location near the beach and main road.

Untuk wisatawan lokal di Gili Trawangan, mungkin tarif kamar 500.000 Per malam mahal, tetapi saat puncak musim ini, harganya lebih murah. Terlebih lagi, satu kamar sudah termasuk sarapan, jadi bisa sambil observasi tapi tetap sesuai anggaran kantor hehehe. Pelayanan ramah, sabar menghadapi kami, pelanggan yang cukup cerewet.

Saya pergi dengan tiga teman dan itu adalah yang termurah di GIli T. Kamarnya cukup bersih dan nyaman. Saya pergi dengan tiga teman dan itu yang termurah di GIli T. Sarapannya agak buruk, tapi untuk harganya sangat bagus. Dua blok dari jalan utama dengan bar dan restoran. Staf sangat ramah. Senang sekali tinggal di daun pisang!

Banana leaf is without a doubt the friendliest place ive stayed in my travels thus far! The staff is a true legend, and i got to meet so many cool locals, jammed and sang together, shared some delicious local food with me and the other guests, and made us all feel so at home. You dont know gili until you stay at banana leaf! Clean rooms, good shower, and great location 150 m from the beach. The staff told me all the best places to see turtles, best bars, etc. Thank you, banana boys! See you next time!.

We had a wonderful time staying here! Its just a 3minute walk from the main tourist area, but far enough away that it doesnt feel crowded. The staff is so friendly and helpful that we even lost our room key, which was entirely our fault, and they didnt even charge us for it. Breakfast is much better than we expected, with toast, omelettes, pancakes, or noodles, with coffee or tea. Comfortable beds, a large bathroom in the room, and our own private balcony, there was even a tv with some dvds in the room. We had only booked a fan room so we were happy to have air conditioning, it wasnt cold but very comfortable. Wifi was decent, especially near the front desk. If you ever need really good wifi (10 mbps, the taco corner across the street has great wifi. Fantastic experience! Would recommend it.

Norman is the ideal host. Every room has a tv with a dvd player. The rooms are pleasant and comfortable, with nice showers and toilets. Ive never received better service in my life, and everyone ive met who has stayed here agrees. The entire team is incredibly friendly and will go out of their way to assist you.

Saya mengalami pengalaman yang biasa saja. Beberapa teman saya menemukan serangga raksasa di kamar mereka dan memutuskan untuk pindah ke hotel lain untuk menginap. Mereka memberi kami diskon yang tidak bisa diabaikan, setidaknya mereka dapat mengembalikan harga kamar mengingat ketidaknyamanan ini. Untungnya kami melewatkannya dan hanya tidur satu malam. Tidak ada air panas untuk mandi.

Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and i will definitely return! Best wishes! My girlfriend and i had a wonderful time here, the staff was outstanding, and norah was incredibly kind and assisted us with all our needs. The only drawback of the cozy bungalows was the presence of cockroaches in the bathroom, which is to be expected given the adjoining partially open bathroom.

The service provided by norman and hilman was exceptional, and they were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Hilman generously offered to assist us in moving after our threeday stay at banana leaf bungalows. However, i would rate the room with three stars due to its state, which was likely caused by covid. Personally, i believe that the rooms could have been better for the price. The main door and bathroom door were not properly fitted, and each time there was a strong gust of wind, the doors rattled. The furniture was falling apart inside. I would recommend having a switchboard near the bed so that charging our electronics is easier. There were mosquitoes in the room, so mosquito repellent is required. The outdoor seating area needs cleaning, and a drying rack is required. It needs to be renovated right away. Other rooms might be better, ours was upstairs, middle room. I did like the open bathroom concept. It was spacious. The ceiling in the room was good, and the air conditioning worked well. I liked the outdoor seating area, but i didnt use it because it was dusty. As previously stated, the service was excellent. When i asked them to clean the room, they did. Breakfast was also delicious, especially the banana pancake. Once the hotel is upkeep, i wouldnt mind staying there again.
