Tempatnya cukup nyaman, jauh dari keramaian dan suasana santai. Hanya tersedia di restoran untuk taman, tidak ada bangku atau tempat untuk bersantai. Kolam renangnya satu blok dengan kedalaman bervariasi dari 1 meter hingga 3 meter. Tidak ada sabun, sikat gigi, dan pasta gigi selama saya menginap. TV layarnya rusak, sepertinya tidak ada pemeliharaan. Jika ingin memesan sarapan, dilakukan pada malam hari sebelum jam 21.00. Sayangnya, saya melewatkannya karena resepsionis tidak memberi tahu saya. Secara keseluruhan, tempat ini cukup nyaman.

Harga yang ditawarkan hotel ini cukup terjangkau. Lokasinya agak masuk ke dalam, namun masih terjangkau dari kawasan Puncak. Fasilitas yang disediakan cukup lengkap. Terdapat kolam renang, parkir yang luas, dan ruang untuk bersantai yang cukup luas. Namun sayangnya, tidak ada sarapan dan restoran yang tersedia, jadi disarankan untuk membeli bekal untuk makan terlebih dahulu sebelum menginap di sini.

Hotel dengan harga terjangkau dan luas, tempatnya bersih dan pelayanannya ramah. Fasilitasnya cukup memadai, termasuk kolam renang dan biliar gratis. Oh ya, suami saya memesan kopi hitam di coffee shopnya, rasanya enak sampai suami saya ketagihan. Saya ikut mencobanya. Namun, ada beberapa kekurangan: pintu kamar mandi di kamar yang kami siswa rusak dan agak sulit dikunci, dan di kamar tidak disediakan teh atau kopi serta teko pemanas air. Padahal biasanya hotel dengan harga 295 ribu atau hampir 300 ribu, biasanya tersedia, hanya 2 botol air mineral, semoga ke depannya bisa disediakan. TV tersedia, sayangnya salurannya aneh, tidak ada channel TV yang menayangkan saluran India, RCTI, SCTV, dan TV dengan nama lain. Selimutnya kurang bersih, banyak noda, seharusnya sudah diganti dengan yang baru. Semoga kekurangan ini dapat diperbaiki ke depannya agar lebih baik lagi. Pelayanannya cukup baik, stafnya ramah dan cepat tanggap.

Kamarnya agak kurang bersih dan sedikit bau, tetapi cocok untuk liburan keluarga dan anak-anak. Suasananya bagus, ada biliar dan kolamnya juga lumayan tapi agak kecil.
