What I get here, the quality of service is bad, the staff who clean our room were rude and rude, the toilet has a poor water flow and horrible service even though the price is fair. This hotel is not the same as their description, it makes me uncomfortable to live here.

It was one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed! From the stunning views to privacy and luxury. The staff was amazing and made us feel at home. I had to be gluten free and this was no problem here. Its worth flying across the world to return one day!

The overall impression of this hotel is that the Tanjun below area has a good location, but the hotel needs some improvement to attract more visitors. The location was good because the alley leading to the hotel is difficult to reach by car. The staff and owner provided excellent service. I am very pleased with the condition of the room.

In October 2014, I was invited to a wedding in Bali. I was eager to go, but with my husband and me living on one wage, it seemed like it might be beyond our means. After a bit of research, we decided I should leave alone and try to find a cheap hotel to stay at. My friend had said that the wedding would be at the Grand Aston Bali, which I knew was far out of my budget. Thank goodness for google maps! I looked up several small hotels in the Tanjun below area and then looked at how many streets it would be from the Aston. Bidadari arrived as about across the road, and at just $ 99, it was a steal! The room was basic, clean, and simple, with a double bed, a private bathroom, a desk and mirror, a to, a hanging rail for clothes, and an aircorn, which suited me perfectly! To get to the hotel, you must walk down a narrow alleyway. This was okay during the day, but in the evening, I preferred asking a couple of my friends to walk me down the alley as it was quite dark. It was a humble, but lovely touch, especially considering how much I paid for the room! The hotel isn't extremely luxurious, but it's not at all luxurious!
