Pertama kali datang ke sini, saya tidak menyangka tempat ini sebagus ini, pelayanan bintang 5, sangat ramah dan kamarnya terlihat kecil dari luar, tetapi begitu masuk ke dalam, suasananya sangat nyaman, luas dan estetik, toiletnya juga luas, airnya bersih, peralatannya lengkap, tidak ada yang kurang, dan makanannya juga enak, dari sarapan dan makan malam, dan fasilitas permainannya lengkap, mulai dari sepeda, ping pong, dan kolam renangnya juga bersih, next pasti akan kembali ke sini lagi.

Amazing stay, friendly staff, clean room. Beautiful environments, especially the restaurant area close to the water. Even though it was low season and few people we still got immediate help to get on a snorkeling tour. We also had fun with the ping pong table and good encounters with the manager.

Bintan Exotica provides a unique experience as it feels that you are getting a more real feel of Bintan from the coastline which is lined with mangrove plants to the rooms to the views of the fishing boats nearby. The food is also wonderful, particularly pleased to have a choice of Indonesian lunch and dinner options so a big thanks to the chef. But it is the staff who make the stay even more enjoyable with their smiles and all-round great customer service. I wanted to just chill and completely relax after a long flight from the UK and my time at Bintan Exotica allowed me to do that.

It will be great if there is free hotel mini bus or transport provided between hotel and ferry terminal. The snookering recommended by hotel is nice, their staffs are really helpful and friendly. I will give them a thumbs up. Overall, it’s a great trip.
