Fantastic little place right on the beach. The staff are welcoming and friendly and the view from the room was lush! Out of the way from touristy vibes which is just what we were after!

Very quiet, untouristey area that is exactly what we were after!! The place is located directly opposite the beach. Great vibe and incredibly helpful staff! We had an accident and the guy fixed our bike up for us. Would recommend!!!! A slice of paradise at an affordable price!

It's all about surf. If that is what you want to do you will be 100 % satisfied. Simple and no luxury. The surf camp is run but a local family and provide a surf teacher, driver etc. The breakfast is handmade, cheap and tasty. The close point break madewi is just pure magic to me.Check it out!

Beautiful guesthouse! We had a large room with a fantastic ocean view. That was the greatest part of being in Medewi, I could stay all day just gazing at the ocean. Otherwise, the room is basic but pleasant. It would be nice to light up the terrace so we could also enjoy the evening outdoors. Akin the staff is a nice young man who is always ready to assist. It was his first week at dikaloha, but he was already doing a good job. The room gets soiled very quickly every day, so I think cleaning it regularly would be nice! The wifi wasn't working properly. Good luck with everything.

This hotel has a good location to stay and learn to surf with local boys and learn to surf with local guys. The room with ocean view is only 250 and the view is incredible. We will be back here very soon.

5 day lesson with diva was a hell of a good time, surfing the point and the right harder. Many rocks when it's low tide but ok. Thank you for showing me the turn and technique. Regards from canada.

If you're seeking a laid-back, family-like atmosphere, Divas's is a great starting point for you if you're searching for a family-oriented, laid-back environment. The Diva himself is an excellent surf coach and teacher who goes above and beyond to make our customers have a good time. He can assist you with airport pickups, scooter and board rentals, surf lessons, and massages. I would recommend making it a point for anyone learning to surf, and medewi would be one of the finest spots I've ever seen, with an inside point offering gentle waves for a step up on the beachbreak. Depending on the tide, the point gains some excellent sections, but it's generally a fairly slow cruise and is suitable for more senior surfers like me. The staff is not always around, so it's more geared toward the self-catered traveler than a resort-style stay if you're hoping for everything to be easily accommodated to your necessities. I think the significant difference between staying in a place owned by a local and those held by foreigners is quite apparent and a huge part of the appeal. When I left my phone charger in the car, Diva also sent it in. Outstanding value for the money, and a positive experience all around. Recommended!.

The location of Divas is perfect, you can relax and learn surfing. He has a small cafe that serves good coffee and food. He also has a great surfing lesson. Totally perfect!
