Lokasi hotel Bayu Amarta cukup strategis, namun kami menemukan beberapa tempat yang kurang terawat dan kebersihannya terjaga. Selain itu, masih terdapat fasilitas pendukung yang perlu ditingkatkan lagi, sehingga pengunjung merasa nyaman, terutama di tempat tersebut terdapat tempat karaoke keluarga.

Menginap selama satu malam (karena urusan pekerjaan). Hotel ini terletak di atas bukit pinggir laut. Kamar deluxe dengan balkon yang menghadap ke laut. Bangunan lama. Aroma kamar kurang enak dan banyak nyamuk. Untungnya wifi cukup bagus. Jadi masih bisa terhubung dengan pekerjaan di malam hari. Sarapan standar, nasi kuning atau lontong, kopi dan teh. Pemandangan laut yang bagus di restoran atau sarapan (cocok untuk yang suka swafoto). Makan siang (beli) menu nasi goreng seafood yang cukup enak. "Npol".

Kebersihan hotel ini sangat terjaga dengan pemandangan yang indah berupa bukit karang terjal yang diterangi ombak besar. Terdapat bagan-bagunan nelayan di sekitar hotel. Hanya saja, menu sarapan yang disajikan tidak ada yang spesial dan tidak ada alat untuk memasak air. Untuk mendapatkan hotel bintang empat, dua hal tersebut harus diperhatikan.

Lumayan, pemandangan dari balkon kamar langsung ke laut. Namun, fasilitasnya kurang sebanding dengan harga yang ditawarkan. Tidak ada sandal, tidak ada teko, dan termos, kamar mandi kurang bersih, pintu kamar mandi sudah lapuk dan berjamur, keran air panas tidak menyala, AC dingin. Menu sarapan nasi goreng, ikan tongkol, dan sayuran segar. Namun, hanya itu menunya. Kolam renang agak jauh dari kamar, setelah pintu masuk, dan kondisinya biasa saja.

Kemarin saya menginap di kamar deluxe dan mendapat harga akhir pekan, mungkin masih di hari libur Natal. Resepsionis memberi tahu bahwa ada sarapan dan sarapannya mendapatkan nasi goreng. Kamar lumayan, kasur empuk, cuma kamar agak tua kalau pemandangan balkon sangat bagus. Untuk manajemen Hotel Bayu Amarta tolong perbaiki pelayanannya, tempatnya sudah bagus mungkin kalau lebih diperbaiki pelayanannya akan lebih baik. Dan untuk sarapan tolong lebih diperhatikan nasi gorengnya.
