Hotel maintenance very good, staff nice and friendly. Maybe one of the staff at the breakfast buffet should be training better, at least be nice to the customers (the one who made an egg). Other than that we have a nice vacation in Semarang.

The location is very good with easy walking access to the old city, Chinatown and the railway station. Check in is on level 3 and security is pretty good.

비즈니스 호텔로 아주 적합. 호텔객실은 적어도 있을것은 다 있음. 특히. 아침식사가 훌륭함 다만, 로비가 없어 택시를 타는데 어려움.

Excellent staff who aim to please, however, ordering at the bar is somewhat comical. They have a surprisingly extensive cocktail, spirits and wine list, yet are completely unprepared if you actually order something. They pulled out all the stops to find me a bottle of wine after discovering that had no tonic for the gin, but you can discard the wine list and ask them to tell you via walkie talkie between staff members as to what bottles they actually have in some distant place (not the bar). Great street food lining the street outside the hotel. They finally delivered a bottle of red to my room, so I was ultimately happy.

숙박하기 전에 생각했던 것보다도 훨씬 좋았습니다. 신축이라서 굉장히 깨끗하고 좋았어요. 다만 주위가 시내 중심가가 아니어서 돌아다니기에는 조금 불편하였습니다. 그러나 택시를 타고 이동하면 불편하지 않습니다. 특히 가격 대비하면 원더풀~입니다. 한 번 경험해 보세요.

Entrance was not impressive and car park space limited but after checking in was surprised by the room and facilities available. Breakfast was great with good choice. Swimming and exercise gym was also good. Overall service from staff was good. As the hotel was new, all fixtures were working well.

I left the hotel very early in the morning to catch a train. A day before; I asked for a take away breakfast if possible. On the check out day; they prepared a proper breakfast. I think it’s quite rare for a big hotel to genuinely prepare the request and it was really nice service indeed.
