The room was tidy and large. They served free tea and coffee. There are buses that operate all day and late to get you. We paid extra specifically for this lack of English. They ran every few minutes. They run for a few minutes, the wifi in the rooms was poor. We could not even reserve a bus or get basic instruction, they had to call a man from tourist information to come and speak to us. No restaurants nearby no breakfast. Although I adored the room, I found it a bit difficult to stay there.

The rooms are a good size, with very comfy beds and a good balcony. The people are very sweet and friendly. WiFi is good. The area around the hotel is not great, with no restaurants within walking distance other than the big hotel nearby. There is no restaurant at the hotel, not even for breakfast. The outdoor area is a rather ugly yard. It took ages to find a staff member when we arrived. None of the staff speaks English. Everything is just a bit disorganized. We had to ask for toilet paper. The shower didn't work and had to be repaired because no one replaced the canister. Even after it worked it was a terrible shower. They are currently building so the facilities might improve in the long run. However, the price is high for the quality of the place. I paid only a little more for a fantastic hotel in mean and one in lake toba with a fantastic breakfast and amazing staff and a nice bathroom. This is why I have out poor rather than average.

Hotel Fosse selalu menjadi tempat kami menginap jika kami pergi ke Berastagi, kamarnya bersih, pemiliknya ramah, tetapi sulit menemukan tempat makan di sekitar hotel. Kami harus naik angkutan umum terlebih dahulu ke kota. Selain itu, hostel ini masih dikelola dengan cara lama dan tidak dapat memesan secara online, tidak ada sarapan maupun welcome drink, dan staf yang tidak bisa berbahasa Inggris. Tetapi kebersihan dari tempat inilah yang menjadi nilai tambah bagi kami sehingga kami selalu menginap di sini.

This hotel offers a great view of the mountains from the rooms. There is no wifi available. I suggest visiting the reception area instead. No breakfast is served here, no one could speak English well and the service was so bad I got a village mentality, the place is not accessible unless you drive.

The room is a good size with a comfy mattress, and the balcony is lovely. People are very kind and friendly. WiFi works well. However, the area around the hotel is not great, there are no restaurants nearby other than the large hotel. The hotel does not have a restaurant, not even breakfast. The outdoor space is a rather unpleasant yard. It took a long time to locate a staff member when we arrived. None of the staff members speak English. Everything is just a little disorganized. We had to ask for toilet paper. The shower didn't work and had to be fixed because no one had replaced the canister. Even after it was functioning it was a terrible shower. They are currently building, so the facilities will likely be improved over time. However, the cost is high for the quality of the location at the moment. I paid just a little more for a great hotel in mean and one in lake toba with a great breakfast, fantastic staff and a good bathroom. This is why my rating is poor rather than average.
