I will recommend this place to my friends. This is a nice secluded homestay in ubud. It is within walking distance to boutique shops, restaurants and bars.

The location is excellent! The facilities are nice and clean, and there is a large balcony where you can enjoy their garden while eating breakfast. The owner was incredibly helpful and kind. There are many of friendly fish that you can pat here. I highly recommend it!.

We had a great time staying at the nyoman family. From airport pickup to the last day, we were treated with the utmost care and love, they supported us with whatever we asked for, and we also enjoyed and felt relaxed with their spa experience. In particular, tya was so lovely. This location is close to many neighboring main attractions such as monkey forest, ubud art market, and many restaurants. We would stay here again whenever we come to bali.

This homestay is excellent! The room is spacious and has a large bed. I adore the family who runs this hotel. Very kind people! There are many restaurants and massages nearby, as well as a private terrace! And a delicious breakfast.

Harganya terjangkau dan sangat bersih. Saya tidak melihat satupun serangga kecil di kamar, letaknya di gang panas Ubud, jadi banyak tempat makan atau minum! Di depan pintu setiap kamar ada meja, jika duduk dan minum sarapan sambil mendengarkan kicauan burung, otomatis akan sembuh! Bahkan bisa laundry seharga 20.000 Won per 1 kg, bahkan bisa menyewa sepeda motor seharga 80.000 Won per hari, jadi saya bisa menyelesaikan semuanya.

Iman and his wife are two of the friendliest and kindest people you could meet. This is my third time here and will always return. Always a winner. Beautiful rooms, delicious breakfast, amazing value, and top location off goutama street, close to a variety of top restaurants for everyones budget.

The room was spacious and clean, with a kingsize bed and balcony upstairs. The staff were amazing, always attentive to our needs and very friendly. The location was great, right in the center of ubud but not noisy. Highly recommended.

I enjoyed my stay at iman, i paid a walkin fee for a 2 x double bed at idr 300000. Nice large room and toilet. Breakfast was delicious, omelette and jeffle with egg were delicious, pancake was a bit strange or different. I also liked the coffee, served turkish style. The staff is friendly, and the location is great, walk for 30 seconds and you are in jalan gootama, a nice lane to walk with lots of eating options. Also on top of a shared kitchen if you prefer to cook. Scotter rental is reasonable at idr 60000 for 24 hours.
