This place has a great location that is close to many attractions. The price is very affordable, and the owner and staff are also friendly. Bring your own toiletries and always check for hot water when you shower because it is powered by gas.

The location is in the center of ubud but not noisy. The staff attention is amazing, always attentive to our needs and very friendly. Large, clean room, kingsize bed with balcony upstairs. Highly recommended.

We would stay here again whenever we visit bali. We had a great time during our stay thanks to the nyoman family, from the airport pickup until the final day. They were very attentive and kind, they supported us with whatever we asked, and we also enjoyed and felt at ease with their spa experience. Tya in particular was quite lovely. Many nearby main attractions like the monkey forest, ubud art market, numerous restaurants, are easily accessible from this location.

This is my fourth visit and i will always return. Always a winner. Beautiful accommodations, delicious breakfast, incredible value, excellent location off goutama street, and close to dozens of top restaurants on every budget. Iman and his wife are two of the friendliest and kindest people you could ever meet.

We had a wonderful time here. We reserved supper as part of our stay. It was quite roomy and spotless. There are enough amenities, including outlets for electricity and even i have tavern. The room has air conditioning. Since our helmets were damaged, the owners and staff are always cheerful and kind. They loaned us their motorcycle helmet because they were so damaged. On one of the staffs birthdays, they even shared pranks with us. Excellent wifi! Due to its distance from the main road, it is quite calm. Will suggest this location to anyone searching for opulent, peaceful place to stay that is ideally suited for couples. I appreciate your assistance.

The homestay is owned by a lovely family, and the staff, rooms, location, etc. Make this the best choice you can make! Very tidy. Large bathrooms. Breakfast prepared by the charming family who owns the homestead and rooster area on the roof are both included in the amenities. Additionally, there is onsite laundry and spa facilities. I will stay here every time i visit ubud from now on.

The owner and staff were very kind to us. The bed was clean and there was hot water with a bathtub. We only stayed for one night. Great deals! We got breakfast with fresh fruit and jaffle.

The location is excellent! The facilities are clean and wellmaintained, and the large balcony allows you to enjoy the garden view while eating breakfast. The owner was incredibly helpful and kind. There are many friendly fish that you can catch here. Highly recommended!.

I enjoyed my stay at iman, a walkin rate for securing he 2 x double bed with joined mattresses at the rate of rp. 30.000. The room was spacious and the toilet was wellmaintained. Breakfast was delicious, the omelet and their jeffle with egg were both delicious while the pancakes were tastier or unusual. I also liked the coffee, which was served in turkish style. Staff are friendly and location is excellent. You can walk for 30 seconds and you are on jalan gootama, an excellent street with many dining options. If you prefer to cook, there is also utensils shared kitchen on top of it. For 24 hours, renting scockers is reasonably priced at 600,00.

Harganya sepadan sama yang didapet disini, terutama buat meja terakotanya yang cakep buat dua orang. Udah gitu, menu breakfastnya variatif dengan rasa yang lezat. Abis itu, pelayanannya profesional banget. Terakhir, ukuran kamarnya pun gede.
