The staff is very friendly and attentive, and the hostel was great. The room was also spacious. The location is next to the river and close to restaurants. The location is also close to the subway line, BoJeong station, and a five minute taxi ride away.

I booked this hotel for my first visit to Seoul. I thought it was a good hotel. When I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the staff. When I arrived in my room, I thought it was good, but it's in a simple setting and nothing special, the room was a bit hot. I turned on the air conditioning and it wasn't working. I called reception and was told that there was no air conditioning available, which was supposed to be mentioned during check-in. They were willing to provide me with a stand fan, but I declined and checked out right away.

I attended a medical conference here on business. The setup is very nice, the staff is friendly, and the food is delicious. The area around the hotel is also well maintained. I recommend this location for a small-medium conference of under 100 people. Enjoy!

The room was very comfortable and the staff was very friendly. However I'm giving the ac in the room a 4 star rating. Even after highlighting the problem there was no fix. I woke up early in the morning and had to ask for help with the air conditioning as the operations were in Korean which I couldn't understand.

I stayed for 2 nights. Nothing great but nothing to complain about. The people in the hotel could not speak English very well, so it was occasionally a bit challenging. I had some laundry done and it was written to be finished the same day if you waited until nine, but in the end it took until the next day. Breakfast was ok, but could have been a bit more western.
