I stayed at the mill farm for two nights in order to attend a wedding at Powderham castle. Delia was very helpful and friendly from booking through departure she appeared to be a caring and understanding person. She really took the time to help and advise me when I needed it, but otherwise she left me with a relaxing and peaceful break. It is a fantastic rural setting but so close to everything of interest. The room was spacious and spotless and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. Highly recommended.

We arrived early to stay with the lovely host, Laura. The room was well decorated, clean and cozy, and the bed was comfy. We both had a good night's sleep. The next morning's breakfast was delicious and even freshly ground coffee. Mill Farm is a wonderful, welcoming, clean place to stay.

The owner was very nice. The condition of the room was good, with all facilities working perfectly. The breakfast was very tasty. The light was too dim as you walk down the car road, but this is a minor issue. I can highly recommend this hotel.

We booked a hotel stay at Mill Farm after rugby in Exeter. Nice signs and plenty of secure parking. I had previously inquired if an early check-in was possible due to travel arrangements and this was easily made possible. On arrival, with a fresh cup of coffee, I was greeted warmly. The room was clean and comfortable with a good quality hot breakfast. A great place with great value for money.

Our daughter Delia, the owner of the mill farm, was very nice and informative and gave us good advice on places to go and also where to go for evening meals, but especially helpful when we had problems with our car and then came up with more suggestions for places to go on the local bus while the car was repaired. We appreciate it and hope to come back again. Excellent breakfast and carefully planned precautions.
