The location is kind of in the middle between sampalan harbor and kelingkjng beach. Make sure you bring your food for dinner there seem not many restaurants in this area. Very nice and peaceful atmosphere. Close to kelingking beach, not that close actually, about 20-25 minutes driving. Breakfast was okay. We had a nice stay here.

In terms of values, this place is ideal. For about idr 300 k, you can get a nice private room in the heart of seminyak. It is easily accessible from spas, restaurants, cafes, bars, etc. Love the interior and exterior of kubu, its atmosphere makes you feel at home. The cute pool is definitely a plus.

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to bali. The place itself is quite new building and furniture, hidden away on a quiet street. The host is very responsive and provides great service. Worth every penny.

It looks like the pictures! With quiet and cold air conditioning, a nice pool, and cable tv, it is quite affordable. Even in wet season, there were barely any mosquitoes. Most of the furniture is new. It feels safe to live here because there is a lockable wardrobe for storage. Consider this as a cost because there is no breakfast, toilet paper, or water. Electricity is $100 krp per week ($10). The location is excellent, its down a welllit gangway with security, but its within walking distance to bars and restaurants. Although there is no traffic noise, it is not peaceful. A screeching toddler plays with blaring siren toys and screams frequently, so think about it before bookingespecially if you are looking for an escape if you are looking for an escape i am a permanent resident. The wifi was good at first but was nonexistent for 8 whole days. We cleaned twice a week but not always clean towels, and the bathroom and toilet were soaked in smelly egg water from the bum gun. Drying takes all day. Do not stay in room 16 as the water tanks and pumps are on your roof and bang and vibrate all night. If you stay downstairs, you may get more privacy and less noise. It is a guesthouse, so like a sharehouse, and your stay will depend on the others who also stay. Are they loud? Are they friendly? Do they leave food dishes in the sink? The atmosphere changes weektoweek, and it is really pot luck. It was a nice mix of ages and different cultures, with people from all over the world staying here. It is good value for the price and a great location.

Dan jika Anda mengikuti deskripsi, tidak ada masalah untuk menemukan akomodasi! Ini adalah tempat yang bagus untuk bersantai atau bekerja! Dan kawasan Seminyak sangat bagus. Ada banyak kafe dan restoran dan kurang dari 10 menit berjalan kaki ke pantai. Saya akan kembali suatu hari nanti!

Everything is exactly as depicted in the photo! The rooms are lovely and tidy! The spacious and immaculate open kitchen adds to the tranquility. The excellent location in semenyak! Everything is close by. The owner is always willing to assist with anything. You can always schedule a transfer to and from the airport.

Sesampainya di sana, mereka mengatur transfer bandara untuk kami seharga 250 ribu rupiah, check-in semalam juga baik-baik saja. Kamarnya bagus dan bersih, pembersihan harian dapat diminta. Dapur umum dan kolam renang sangat berguna dan memberikan suasana yang nyaman.
