This is my second time staying at Mangosteen. The place is fantastic, although it is a little out of town. But I like to see it from the outside, there is improvement here. I stayed in room 103 on my first visit, and there are so many things that need improvement, even the door lock. On my second visit, I stayed in room 102, which has a higher quality. I wish this would mean that everything would be improved. I adore the location, though it is a little remote, but I enjoy the peacefulness and walking. There are practically no pedestrians, so be cautious if you walk around. The personnel is kind, especially the girl's name, who is extremely kind and polite. On my second visit, I choose to eat breakfast somewhere else because there are so many nice wat or cafes close by. The wifi is one area that needs to be improved.5,0/530 Okt 2022

Overall, this establishment seems to be poorly managed by its parent company, Premier hospitality Asia, so I wont stay at all of its properties in the future. I booked a nonrefundable day stay, but departed after only 11 nights and checked into a Marriott. Housekeeping and food need improvement I frequently requested toilet roll and shampoo shower gel when both are clearly empty and was occasionally left without towels or a duvet cover, all of which were worn candor and dirty the toilet seat also unattached itself during my stay. Other guests could be heard from my roomespecially if you stay next to the stairs and wifi can be spotty, with calls often dropping. The food menu is limited and basic, and having to order the night before plus state seating time would have been a nuisance if the staff wasnt so pleasant, the only redeeming aspect of mangosteen. However, there wasnt always someone at reception showing understanding or inefficiency guests were frequently venturing into the kitchen for help.5,0/512 Des 2019

I will be staying at mangosteen again for the upcoming visit. This is my second visit, the first experience here wasn't as good as the second, and I believe there are several things that have changed. But I like to see the positive side, there are some advantages to be had here. On my first visit, I stayed in room 103, and there are so many areas that require improvement, including the door lock, despite it being a bit far from the center. On my second visit, I remained in room 102, and it is far superior. I wish that this would mean a complete improvement because the room is much nicer. Although it is a little remote from the centre, I enjoy the tranquility and slack of pedestrians, so be careful when you stroll there. The staff is pleasant, especially the girl name is given. On my second visit, I chose to have brunch somewhere else because there are so many nice cafes and bars close by. One area they must improve is the wifi. Wifi is slow and malfunctioning properly.4,6/526 Des 2022

Jadi kami sampai cukup larut malam di ubud krn baru sampe di bandara bali jam stgh 11. kt lgsg melakukan perjalanan ke ubud, bermodalkan maps yg sudah ada di aplikasi hp. Saya pake google maps, trnyata bikin kami nyasar sampe ke gang sempit dan kami bawa mobil, akhirnya kt pake waze, udah sesuai dgn alamat tp masih tidak ketemu. akhirnya kt nyerah. kami buka hotel baru untuk istirahat. Krn kami telpon front desk pun ga di angkat. pagi nya kt baru dpt respon cepat. ternyata kami sudah sedekat itu smlm. perkara maps mengarahkan setelah jembatan belok kanan, sementara maps yg di kasih melalui wa dr front desk adalah belok kiri. Mungkin boleh di cek lg lokasi akurat dr maps nya. kami tdnya ngerasa apa ini horor krn udh malam. Kt inget banget berdua adik, maps nya ngucap “turn right. Besok pagi nya baru bilang “turn left”. Mungkin bisa di cek lg mapsnya. itu saja. Overall saya suka sekali dgn kamarnya. Sangat karakter saya bgt. makanya saya suka sekali3,8/516 Jul 2019

Lokasi jauh dari keramaian, jalan masuk ke hotelnya cuma muat 1 mobil..jadinya parkir di luar pinggir jalan. Dekat hotel ada beberapa restoran n cafe. Kamar cukup bersih n rapi. Kolam renangnya juga bersih tapi dalam banget 1,6-1,7 m. Oke lah kalau untuk tidur doang1,0/526 Des 2019

Sorry to say sebelumnya.. mlm ini saya dtg kira2 pukul 23, jalan masuk kehotel sempit, dan setelah tiba di depan hotel ternyata harus masuk lagi gg sempit. Saya coba telp pihak hotel ternyata yg tercantum di plang dan di penunjuk arah gps yg saya gunakan berbeda.. stelah bertemu lgs dgn petugas hotel saya bertanya: “ dimana saya bisa parkir?” Terus pihak hotel menyuruh kami untuk memarkirkan hotel di pinggir jalan tanpa ada penjagaan satpam, sedangkan jalannya sempit. Kata beliau parkiran di dlm sdh penuh dengan 4 mobil.. jujur saya sangat kecewa, dan kami putuskan untuk tidak jadi menginap dsna karna faktor keselamatan umum.. dan saya harus putar balik. Dengan rate segitu menurut saya tidak relefan dengan ketiadaannya tempat parkir::Fasilitas Populer
