Best view ever, best pool, friendly and helpful staff. Eating delicious food watching sunset over hills and sea was a treat. Great base for walking and day trips.

We only spent one night there. Exceptional location for hiking around the waterfalls and lakes. It is better to rent a scooter in advance since there aren't many options available. From both the breakfast area and our terrace, there is a beautiful view of the mountains, there is a waterfall trekking route, and the rooms are clean and spacious. Lower scores for the very basic breakfast, low water pressure in the shower, and inability of the staff to help us with anything, such as booking a scooter, arranging transportation to our next destination, or taking a shower after a hot hiking day on the day of check-out.

We only stayed for one night. Excellent location for hiking the waterfalls and lakes. As there aren't many alternatives, it would be best to rent a scooter in advance. From our balcony and the breakfast area, there is a beautiful mountain view, as is the waterfall trail and the room is clean and spacious. A lesser score for a very basic breakfast, a low water pressure in the shower, and a lack of assistance from the personnel with anything like booking a scooter, organizing transportation to our next destination, or letting us take a shower after a hot hiking day on the day of check-out.

Stayed for only one night in this place. Great location for trekking to the lakes and waterfalls. This place is recommended for those who don't have much of a choice. The breakfast area and the balcony both have a nice view of the mountains, are near a trekking route to the waterfalls and have clean, spacious rooms. Low score for very basic breakfast, low water pressure in the shower, and are unable to help us with anything, such as purchasing a scooter, arranging transportation to their next destination, or taking a shower after a hot hiking day on the day of check-out.

Hotel yang sangat nyaman dengan pemandangan laut utara bali. Staffnya ramah dan selalu siap untuk memberikan pelayanan yang maksimal. Dari segi makanan selalu menyajikan menu lengkap ada indonesian food, western food.

The only thing I liked about this place was the simple breakfast, and also the lack of good service, the poor water pressure in the shower, and the inability of the employees to assist us with everything, such as making a scooter reservation, getting to our next destination, and taking a shower on the day of check-out after a hot hiking day. The place was so lovely with the views of the mountains from the breakfast area as well as the balcony. And then, the place was so wonderful with the location being close to the waterfall trekking route, plus the clean and roomy accommodations.
