Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay at Mövenpick Resort Carita Anyer, and in my opinion, this property definitely deserves its 5-star status. You can really feel the “resort” experience throughout the property. From the spacious and impressive lobby to the large, bright, and well-maintained parking area, the hotel gives a great first impression. The room was also very comfortable and beautifully designed. However, there are a few small things that could be improved. The bathroom has both a bathtub and shower area, but the shower floor seems a little too flat, which makes it easy for water to spread outside and leave the bathroom wet and messy. This could also become slippery, especially for children and elderly guests. I would also suggest adding safety handles or grab bars around the shower/bathtub area. A resort like this should be comfortable and accessible for elderly guests as well, especially those who may have difficulty standing, sitting, or walking. There were no major issues with the bedroom itself. However, perhaps due to the resort's natural surroundings and unpredictable weather, we noticed some small insects, including tomcats, coming into the room from the balcony. It might be worth considering an additional screen, barrier, or another solution to prevent insects from entering, especially for families travelling with young children. As for the beach and swimming pools—no complaints at all! Both areas were beautiful, enjoyable, and perfect for spending time with family. They were definitely among the highlights of the resort. A small suggestion for the gym would be to add more equipment, especially treadmills. More TVs or entertainment would also be a nice addition, perhaps showing sports or news, so guests can enjoy something while working out. Breakfast offered a very wide selection, which I appreciated. However, perhaps because the hotel was very crowded during my stay, there was a waiting list for tables. In terms of taste, some dishes were delicious, while quite a few others tasted a little too bland and could use more seasoning. Hopefully, the consistency and overall quality of the food can be improved. During extremely crowded periods, it might also help to manage dining times more efficiently so guests who have finished their meals can make room for those who are still waiting. Service throughout the resort was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I didn't experience any major service issues. There were a few occasions when the phone lines were busy, but considering how crowded the resort was, this was completely understandable. Despite these few points for improvement, I really enjoyed my stay at Mövenpick Resort Carita Anyer. It is a beautiful resort with great facilities and a wonderful atmosphere, especially for a family getaway. **Overall rating: 8.5/10 ⭐️** I hope guest feedback continues to be taken into consideration because this resort already has so much to offer and could become even better. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider coming back again!

Like we Bali's atmosphere. We stayed here, like we stay at Nusa Dua Bali atmosphere with a private beach and best view froom the balcon view. Hotel baru (2026) view pantai ok kamar nyaman dan overall cukup ok hanya beberapa catatan penting 1. Banyak tomcat ini sangat menggangu dan respon pihak hotel saya anggap biasa saja, beda sekali responsnya dengan hotel-hotel bintang 5 lain yang saya pernah coba untuk problem solving dan responsnya. 2. Aminities perlu sekali diupgrade untuk sekelas hotel bintang 5 dan harga sekian, menurut saya ini akan memberikan kesan yang jauh lebih baik apabila kalian upgrade. 3. Speaker di pantai sangat annoying ke kamar ya lagu nya jg bukan selera umum. Boleh upgrade speaker atau sesuaikan jam nyala agar tidak menggangu istirahat tamu ya. Kalau yg sensitive suara better minta high floor ya. 4. Service dan keramahan sangat perlu upgrade. Need faster respons. 5. Check in check out perlu waktu cukup panjang terutama check out. 6. Kualitas sarapan perlu ditingkatkan. Rasa kurang sesuai untuk kelas bintang 5. Varian makanan cukup banyak tapi secara rasa perlu ditingkatkan ya 7. Buat yg bawa anak playground cukup ok hanya saja minim pengawasan dan perawatan. Baru buka tp banyak yg sudah rusak. Wc bau pesing. Di hotel bintang 5 lain yang saya sudah pernah nginap belum pernah ketemu hal2 spt ini. Mungkin karena baru semoga ke depan bs ada improve ya. Saran saya kepada tamu yg mau menginap sini please lower and lower your expectations. Nginep di kawasan anyer salah satu PR nya adalah limited resto ya. Dan resto hotel biasa saja. Jangan expect tinggi untuk kuliner.
