We had a great time at naia. The outdoor space and comfortable rooms were great. Although the breakfast is a little expensive, it is still well above average! Would suggest it.

I had a wonderful stay at naia! The staff is amazing. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is delicious and the cats are very cute! The hotel is near a mosque, but the staff provide earplugs. I brought my own and slept like a baby! I highly recommend this place if you want to have a good time in kuta.

What more can i say than incredible? My stay at naia was simply incredible in every single way. The staff and owner exceed expectations to ensure that everything is exceptional. The rooms feel like home with no detail spared, especially the delicious breakfasts included. The pool is probably the best in lombok, crystal clear and maintained to perfection. Plus, the location is central to everything in kuta. Wifi is also great! Not to mention the amazing tours organized during my stay. I got to see secret gili, the best beaches in lombok, and a private sunset cruise. As a solo female traveler, i felt safe, supported, and secure the entire time. I wouldnt stay anywhere else when i was in lombok again. The hotel is perfect for singles, couples, or group bookings. Make sure you also catch live music throughout the week - not to be missed! Cant wait to come back!.

Tempat yang tepat untuk menjelajahi Lombok Selatan. Tempat awalnya sangat ideal untuk tamasya dan terdapat juga banyak kesempatan untuk makan di luar di malam hari. Naia adalah tempat peristirahatan yang luar biasa. Tempat tidurnya sangat nyaman, pancuran mandinya bagus dan kolam renangnya juga sangat bagus untuk menyegarkan diri. Selain orang-orang hebat di Naia, acara utama kami adalah sarapan yang lezat. Kami belum pernah bertemu orang-orang yang begitu ramah dan membantu dalam perjalanan kami, itulah sebabnya kami menginap di Naia dua kali. Kami akan memesan lagi kapan saja jika kami berada di selatan Lombok lagi.

During my two months in indonesia, i stayed at one of the top accommodations. This was a wonderful stay right in the middle of kuta. The staff here was incredibly kind and genuine, they paid unparalleled attention to detail, and the little things were a true highlight that made us feel cared for. The lodging itself is exquisitely designed and has an oasislike atmosphere. Daily housekeeping kept the bedrooms immaculate. I have nothing but praise for a place to stay in kuta.

I had a wonderful stay at naia. I highly recommend staying here while youre in kuta. The staff are very friendly and will help you with any requests you may have (scooter, traveling, restaurant or day trip advice). Everything is beautifully designed and well maintained. The rooms had enough space to store your belongings. It was exceptionally clean! Come to naia if youre looking for a cozy and beautiful place to stay with the best staff you can imagine.

I stayed 3 nights and had a perfect stay. The room was comfortable with everything you need, and they gave you earplugs if you sleep light, as well as electric mosquito repellent for each room! The small things that make the difference at naia, blending indonesian culture with western comforts i highly recommend their delicious breakfast and juices. As a solo female traveler, i felt very safe here even walking back in the evening from other places in town. Everything is within walking distance except the beaches in other bays where you always need a motorbike, scooter, or driver. I also recommend their surf instructor.

I cant wait to return to this place! I chose to stay at naia because of all the wonderful reviews that other travelers had left, so now its my turn to contribute with yet another fivestar review. I felt very welcome at naia. What a location! When i arrived at naia, agustus, one of the service leaders at the hotel where i was staying, helped me arrange a transfer from the hotel where i was staying, and he sat down with me, went over some information about the hotel, and answered any questions i had about lombok and the hotel. That was such a wonderful start to my stay, something i have never experienced at a hotel. What a wonderful welcoming! The location is perfect, right on the main street so close to everything, and yes, it is close to the mosque, and you can hear the call to prayers that happen a few times a day, but the walls in the room are well isolated so that wasnt a problem at all. I work as a voiceover artist and could absolutely record and work in the room. The room is clean, there is warm water, which is very rare on this island haha, and it had a very homey feel to it. Its really clear that the owner of naia, marlisa, has put her soul into building and decorating this place! All the staff greets you by name, and everyone is so kind. This place has the feel of a real home! I loved my 7 nights at naia and cant wait to come back!.

I met the owner of the naia when i went to the dive center next to her hotel. She is such a lovely and warm person. She helped me so much during my stay in lombok that i decided to stay for 2 nights. The staff is also very nice and helpful. Always smiling. The interior of the hotel is also very nice and the location is great! Even though the hotel is next to main street, you cant hear much noise. I slept without earplugs and prayers from the mosque didnt wake me up.
