The best place to stay! Beautiful area, with great waves to surf just a short boat ride away. The room was super comfortable and fresh. We had a good sleep here and a very relaxed atmosphere overall. We had a great time and are eager to return at any time! The ombak resort in ekas was fantastic for our more than three weeks there. The accommodation was exquisitely furnished and daily cleaned. The people were incredibly kind and polite, the cuisine was delectable, and it is the ideal vacation haven for surfing, kite surfing, relaxation, and enjoyment. We were positive right away and cherished every day even more. We are kitesurfers, and when there was no wind, we rode the scooter through the rural area to the kaliantan kite beach or learned to surf with tim and dedy. It was enjoyable to travel out on the boat to the various surf spots or simply to the beach break. The resorts staff is extremely charming, accommodating, and amusing.5,0/57 Feb 2025

This resort in eastern lombok is a diamond in the rough. It is a slice of paradise surrounded by authentic unspoiled lands of indonesia. When you arrive, you enter through the tiki bar, which has a fantastic atmosphere all day long. From the excited surf congregation preparing in the morning to the relaxed dinner crowd at night, the surf bar is the heart of the resort, and the owners have created a soulful atmosphere. As you enter the resort, a lush beautifully manicured garden surrounds a balinesestyle pool and the beautifully presented villas. The resort is composed of only 8 rooms, creating a sense of exclusivity. It is no exaggeration to say that the food at ombak is the best on the island. It offers a variety of western and local cuisine, freshly made from locally sourced ingredients, including coconuts harvested by staff while you watch to chickens raised on local farms. Breakfast options are available, and lunch and dinner options are very reasonably priced. The desserts are delicious! I highly recommend the Belgian chocolate cake and lime cheesecake. Although the food and grounds are prized, the resorts staff is by far its best feature. Tim and leanne are focused on making every stay enjoyable, and nothing is too much effort. The local staff always greets you with a genuine smile and a cheerful disposition. If youre going to lombok, you cant go past this nirvana.5,0/56 Feb 2025

I went to ekas to surf and ombak was the perfect place to stay. I was looking for a clean, peaceful place with some garden space so my wife could relax while surfing. Ombak checked all the boxes. The rooms were very nice and spacious. They take you to the best surf spots for the day. The waves are quiet and the overall vibe is very chill. My last session there was amazing. There were only two of us out there. Its worth noting that it was very hot so we were happy with the steady breeze passing through ombak resort. We highly recommend going to pink beach, renting a boat, and going on a snorkeling trip. Its about two hours long and costs 400 k. It took about 40 minutes on a scooter to get there and was easy using application maps. Very cheap for a private boat and the guides were very helpful with my nervous wife. Ombak was flawless in every way! A mustvisit place in lombok. Almost all of our meals were delicious and delicious during our threenight stay at the hotel. Tim and leanneanne were incredibly kind and considerate, and they were ready to assist you with any needs. They have two adorable dogs and one cat, and one of them, coco, is a sweet dog that you should never miss! The hotel room was spotless, orderly, wellkept, and equipped with everything we needed. Ombak resort in ekas is an amazing place to stay. I spent 5 days alone. I enjoyed the laidback vibe of the resort and town. Much more peaceful than in bali. The owners are great people! Very friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious and the kitchen was clean and professional. One of the first places on my trip where i felt safe eating raw vegetables aka delicious salads! Tim is an english surf legend. Its been sick hanging out and surfing with him! He gave me great advice on how to improve my surfing. We usually go surfing altogether (all guests who want to join). A quick pickup and boat ride to inside ekas. Usually, you can go out twice a day. I would love to return on another trip. Maybe this time i will recommend this place!.5,0/522 Jan 2025
