Pas awal check in dah mlm kget reception minta extra charge krn katanya harga tdk sesuai di applikasi... dan alasannya krn sy tdk mencantumkan no tlp di booking an dan adanya kesalahan sistem, saya fikir ini bukan kesalahan saya krn sy sdh membayar biaya penginapan selama 2 hari sesuai harga tertera, terlepas adanya kesalahan sistem itu urasan pihak hotel dengan tiket.com. Krn sdh sy terpaksa harus membayar kekurangan yg pihak hotel sebutkan

Harga yang tertera di aplikasi beda ketika check in. Harusnya untuk 3 malem tapi malah kena charge 270K kalau mau 3 malem. Kalau 2 malem kena charge-nya 70K. Aneh banget alesannya gak ada nomor yang bisa dihubungi di bookingan :)). Tolong lah ya, jangan gini. Fair aja soal harga mau jual berapa. Iya kalo tamunya bawa uang lebih. Kalo udah di-budget gimana? Eheh Sprei juga dekilll kaya gak diganti huft.Popular Facilities
