I felt at home the instant i arrived. The place itself is very social and comfortable with a small jungle like garden, beautiful swimming pool and its own pipe is just amazing. But the best thing about this place is the staff. They are so amazing, motivated and just smile every day. Everyone can see and feel that the staff like working here and that they are also an amazing team. This was also the main reason i returned to lombok and will definitely return with other friends from back home. Thank you so much to the lovely pipe team for being so awesome and making my stay here just unique. See you again.5,0/511 Des 2023

I highly recommend it. If youre in kuta lombok, stay at pipes. Definitely the best hostel in kuta lombok. Very social atmosphere, lots of young and open people. I was alone traveling in indonesia and stayed for a whole month because it was so good. The staff is amazing and helps you with any small problem you can imagine. There are always people chilling by the pool or skating rink so you are never really alone. You will definitely find people to share a boat to go to the surf spots or out for dinner. Most of the people i meet extended their stay because they loved the charm this hostel offers to travelers and surfers.5,0/519 Apr 2023

My experience in indonesia changed after i was here a month. I had stayed at 3 other dorms and hostels in kuta, and pipes is by far my favorite. Emi, Rizky, Rocky, and puri immediately made me feel at home and even welcomed me home. A big thank you to ryan from the cafe who is super sweet, always working hard and being professional! When i say it becomes your community, it really is. Everyone is so open and friendly, inviting each other to surf, eat, and hang out by the pool. Even after you have to check out, people come back just to hang out. The staff organizes jam sessions, movie nights, weekly bbq and happy hour. Its not a party hostel, but if you want to be social, its here for you, and you can also work here. The staff rents scooters at a reasonable price, which is very appreciated.
