We understand that early check-in and late check-out are not always guaranteed. If we have availability, we can arrange for an early check-in or late check-out for an additional cost starting from $USD30. For those arriving early, you can drop off your belongings in our storage facility and enjoy our common areas at no extra cost while you wait.
As a fully licensed B&B, we uphold all necessary tax obligations to the appropriate authorities, ensuring a reputable and reliable experience for our guests.

OUR HOUSE RULES (Same in all listings):
Please be informed that we aim to provide an exceptional experience for all our guests. In order to ensure this, we have established three fundamental rules that must be adhered to throughout your stay. Failure to comply with these rules will result in the termination of your reservation and the forfeiture of your security deposit.
We kindly request that you carefully read and adhere to the following house rules and guidelines:
1. Parties and loud noise are strictly prohibited after 9:30 pm as we are located in a residential and local neighborhood. Ubud, in general, has strict regulations and penalties for violating quiet hours. Quiet time is to be observed between 9:30 pm and 9:00 am. This is the primary rule that guests must respect as a courtesy to fellow guests and our neighbors.
2. The number of guests must not exceed the amount specified in the reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms or any enclosed spaces.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these rules to ensure a pleasant experience for all our guests.
*Please be advised that the rice fields will be cleared periodically for harvesting, which is beyond our control. Additionally, we may have some local visitors like frogs, bugs, and birds sharing our space. It's all part of the natural process, so let's embrace it and enjoy the harmony of nature around us!
