The homestay is conveniently located just off the main road. The staff are exceptionally friendly, and the included breakfast is delectable. The rooms are impeccably clean, equipped with cool air conditioning and hot water, which is a delightful touch. We stayed here for two weeks to rest. The homestay is conveniently located, so getting to the main road and beaches doesnt take long. The rooms are very clean, well maintained, and cleaned regularly. Its convenient that scooters are available right at the accommodation at very reasonable prices. There were plenty of scooters available. The family is very kind and very helpful. They also gave us mango and bananas several times. It was a very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. You can also have breakfast on the property and recently have lunch or dinner. The food was very delicious. So if you dont feel like driving, you can also eat here at reasonable prices. We felt very comfortable at the homestay and can recommend it to everyone. We booked for two nights but ended up staying for 6 nights! We stayed in a double room. Basic amenities but had everything you needed. Very spacious and with air conditioning. Also had a small terrace where we had breakfast every morning. Rafi is just amazing, very kind and helpful host. She made sure every day that we felt at home, that everything was ok and arranged basically everything for us (renting a scooter, transfer back to bali. You have to have contacts you know. We were lucky enough to get to know her family, grandma is just a blast and her kids. I highly recommend staying with her. The homestay is less than 5 minutes drive from town so perfect to relax when you return.4,8/519 Jun 2023

Its turnedip that runs the best homestay I have ever been to. They are very pleasant and cozy and the deluxe room has nice and hot water and air conditioning. It is located in the middle of Kota, so it's fine and quiet you have to have a car or bike. But most importantly, being here is like being in turnips house. You will meet her family who live there and work at her guest house. Youll meet some wonderful individuals and learn Indonesian. We decided to stay three nights, but we ended up staying six. This is a muststay! Rasti is the kindest woman you will ever meet, she went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and was extremely hospitable. The value for money is fantastic, the air conditioning is cold, there is hot water, and you get free breakfast every morning. Kutas main area is only a 15 to 20minute walk away.4,6/512 Feb 2023

We spent four nights in a luxury room with air conditioning, a fan, and a hot shower. Positives include the advantageous, convenient location, about 510 minutes' walk to Kota Beach, and 10 minutes' walk to Kota's main street. The sidewalk vehicle provides quick access to the property. Great room with ample storage space. Beautifully clean, roomy apartment and bathroom. The most expensive room option only has a hot shower, a fan, and an air conditioner. Each room has a terrace area to unwind on. A nice spot to unwind on a patio outside each room. Friendly breakfast area. Free coffee and tea. Welcome drink. The scooter is safe parking at night the gate is locked. Cleaning on site starts at 10 p. M. We arrived around 5. 30 p. M., but the manager who plays guitar and sings impressed us! Very strange, since there are too many dogs barking and getting agitated. We had to request another blanket because it was too tiny and far too cold with the aircorn. Plus, the resident dog wants to have you out as a companion like all the other dogs onlook. To get it done, I had to request the room cleaning twice. When it was done, they left the key on the door, so the room was completely locked during our out. This seems normal to the homestay, in general! The room4,6/522 Jul 2022

Turnip runs the best homestay I've ever been to. The deluxe rooms with hot water, air conditioning, and fans are fantastic and lovely. Very comfortable and quiet. Not in the heart of Kota, what's good and quiet is if you have to use a car or a bike anyway. But most important is that being here is like staying at Turnips house. Youll meet his family, who reside there and work at the guesthouse. Learn Indonesian and meet some amazing nice people. We intended to stay for three nights but ended up staying for six.
