Pelayanan yang diberikan sangat luar biasa. Seluruh stafnya sangat hangat dan ramah. Kamarnya besar dan sangat nyaman! Poin bonus untuk semua hewan di resor! Kekurangannya adalah tidak banyak yang bisa dilakukan (hanya bermain kayak, berenang) dan lokasinya.

With just 12 exquisitely furnished and extremely comfortable rooms, this charming rustic hideaway is ideal for couples looking to get away for a while. Amazing location on a beach in front of an island sanctuary that protects the waters and is home to dugongs, a natural paradise. The resort is tastefully decorated with handcrafted wooden elements from indonesia. Excellent dining alternatives. A pool is also accessible apart from the beach. The affiliated arkasia foundation, which is located in the same resort and is the only such nonprofit sanctuary on bintan island, is undoubtedly commendable. It houses the orphaned kekah bintan monkey, which is only found on bintan island, among other animals like loris, chevrotain, and numerous cats. So, in addition to having a wonderful stay, one would be supporting the upkeep of this unique animal shelter, which is expanding rapidly due to the number of animals displaced by development.

Dear roka resort, i recently stayed at your lovely resort in bintan and am writing this review to express my gratitude and appreciation for the amazing experience. From the moment i arrived, i was blown away by the stunning surroundings and the warm welcome from the owner, iwan. The resort itself was beautifully designed and wellmaintained, with everything from the rooms to the food served being of high quality. I particularly enjoyed the peaceful and serene environment, which provided the perfect escape from the fastpaced outside world. The staff were also very helpful and friendly, and they went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. One of the highlights of our stay was the sunset view from the balcony, which was absolutely mesmerizing. Walking around the serene and beautiful surroundings was a true pleasure, and the peaceful environment was much needed relief from the stress and demands of daily life.

My family and i had a wonderful and restful vacation at roka! A laidback getaway. The rooms are tastefully decorated and immaculate. The food is excellent as well, and the jetty bar has just opened. The proprietors and employees are incredibly kind!.

I would recommend visiting here for a quick getaway from the city. I missed my beachfront view, but more than that, the spirit and character of this place. From the moment we stepped in and iwan brought us to our rooms, my friend and i could tell it was something special. The rooms were tastefully furnished with modern comforts, and the food at the restaurant was delicious. But it was the people who really brought the place to life with their generosity and kindness. Small touches - from putting an umbrella on the porch when it rained to setting a mosquito coil next to the table at dinner - showed a level of concern and attention to detail, rarely seen at other resorts. Thank you to iwan for sharing his stories and to Rika and the other restaurant staff for their amazing service!.

Strongly advised! Fantastic location with stunning views and topnotch staff. Despite the pouring rain, the manager immediately sent one of the employees to purchase eyedrops after i noticed a grain of sand in my eye. That touched me deeply and i was grateful for the effort they all put in.

The hotel is a bit remote, but the area is so beautiful and quiet, just what i needed for a weekend getaway. Beautifully designed resort with impeccable food, the main reason i chose this place. Loved that you can walk far out onto the ocean as it is very shallow. The resort staff are very helpful and accommodating. The hotel even booked a car pickup for us from the ferry terminal without asking, which turned out to be cheaper than booking a taxi. I was hoping to use grab or gojek, but neither was available in bintan. We rented a motorbike from the resort to get around at a very reasonable price. Trikora beach is only 15 minutes away by bike and is beautiful. Just be careful of sandflies.

It feels like we are staying on a private island. The resort provides everything one could want. For someone who enjoys interior design, you will love the intricate yet subtle design of the room. Everything feels hand picked and perfectly fits the mood provided by the beach view room. I am a vegetarian and the chef specifically modified some dishes to cater to my needs without compromising on taste or presentation. If you are from a metropolis, you will love how content and genuine happiness everyone working there is. The owner of the resort is a wonderful host and helped us make the most of our short stay there. Since it was new, i was a bit sceptical about it, but it turned out to be the highlight of our trip. The only downside is that the official resort rating is 3 stars even though i had a much better experience than 5 stars like Marriott.

We had a wonderful 4D 4N stay at the Roka resort - everything from the rooms, facilities and food at their restaurant was perfect and made for a relaxing holiday to end the year! The thought and effort put into designing the resort are very evident. The location is perfect, just a 50 minute drive from bbt and right on the beach. The staff are extremely friendly and ensure that all your needs are met. The resort also has a beautiful swimming pool and kayaking / paddle boarding facilities to ensure you have enough activities to keep you busy. Even the onsite cats and dogs are very cute! We almost all our meals at the restaurant - all the indonesian, thai, and western options were delicious! We cant wait to return to roka resort for our next getaway - thank you to iwan, phoe and the entire roka team for such a wonderful stay.

One of the best resorts ive ever visited. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and they knew how to serve their customers. The cottage was wellequipped, and the service was excellent. We could see the sea and feel the cool breeze from the balcony. The resorts location is absolutely perfect, hidden in the serene. The surroundings were beautiful, and it was a relief to walk in such a peaceful and quiet environment. The sunset view from that point was breathtaking. Our stay at the resort was for two days, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owner was very humble, he spoke to us about the history of the place and how he tries to support the local community, respect for him who does a great job here. Excellent hospitality, great food, and tranquility are all available here.

I had an amazing time at rola in february 2023. I ended up not even leaving the resort for four full days! The staff is very friendly, the food is delicious, spent most of my time by the pool, on the beach, and running to various locations in the close by surroundings. I highly recommend this place and hope i will return in the near future! The resort is still undergoing minor renovations, but they should be finished in a few months. Wishing everyone involved in rola a prosperous future!.

If youre looking for a secluded, beautiful, and welcoming place - rola resort is the place to go! Just 12 rooms, a nice cozy restaurant, and a spectacular view! Sea is clean and quite shallow, perfect for kayaking and sup for free at the resort, haha. We had an absolutely amazing time there! And no children allowed - perfect getaway for tired parents, haha.

An escape to a peaceful and unspoiled part of bintan! The ferry terminal takes about 45 minutes to an hour to get to the resort, and private transportation is a little pricey at idr 400 k each way, but it is well worth it to stay at a private resort with only 12 rooms to relax and unwind. The rooms are tastefully designed, with a large bathroom and conveniences like a mini fridge and electric kettle. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the restaurants food is good, albeit slightly expensive for singaporean prices. There is a warung in the nearby kampung of pengudang as an alternative. The stars, though, are the many stray dogs and cats who were great companions throughout our stay, especially sola, the tabby, who was a pleasure to cuddle with on the porch of my villa. Overall, if youre looking for a place to unwind from the hustle and bustle of life, roka will be a pleasant experience!.

Will definitely return. This place is owned and operated by a lovely couple who love animals. The owner runs this business to provide job opportunities to the locals. They are learning english and how to host people. Their service may not be as perfect as resorts with famous brands, but you can tell their sincerity and friendliness. This is a very quiet place with no other entertainment or programs. Even without a tv. Wifi is slow and means no youtube or neflix, but i love how it allows me to completely disconnect from the city live (facebook is still fine. Maybe a local sim card works better) and have conversation with my husband. If you can drive or ride, you might consider renting a car or motorbike and exploring the area, but this time we just did kayaking, enjoy the swimming pool, beautiful scenery, and the beach. The food is amazing. This place is perfect for reading books and reflecting in the midst of our busy life.

The resort is spotlessly clean and quiet. The staff are very friendly and respond to requests almost immediately. The food at the restaurant is probably the best in bintan, banana pancakes for breakfast are a musttry. There are many friendly and cute cats and dogs on the premises too!.

However, please be aware that the resort does not permit children under 12 years old to stay, reducing the noise from children. Due to its exclusivity, there are no nearby facilities such as a mall, convenience store, pharmacy, market, hospital, etc. Please ensure that you bring whatever you need during your stay. The resort features a swimming pool, a restaurant bar, and direct beach access. Additionally, it serves as an animal shelter, particularly for cats and dogs. However, the cats and dogs here are friendly to humans, so dont worry. If you enjoy cats and dogs, then please visit and stay here. Kudos to the owner, pak iwan, for dedicating his time, fortune, and effort to rescuing as many animals as possible. The resort is conveniently located near the roka resort, home to over 100 animals. If you enjoy cats and dogs, then you should definitely consider visiting and staying here. The food is delicious, and the portions are generous. The staff members are exceptionally friendly and eager to assist and assist.

A lovely resort away from the usual bustling resorts in bintan. Excellent location for kayaking, wellkept, and home to resident cats who occasionally stop by your room. Excellent ambiance both at night and around. There is an animal refuge nearby, but i was unable to visit it because it was closed.

The resort is very well run. The rooms are spacious and well decorated. The staff is easy going and friendly, very polite and nice. The service is very good. The food is delicious and the view from the restaurant is nice. The shower is strong and hot. The bed is comfortable. The cats are very cute. There is nothing to do in the area. There is no tv in the room. There are many flying bugs.
