I recommend you try this place because it is my favorite place to go to during your stay in Canyou. I love the Buda yoga scene, so I loved each class I tried to find some peace and quiet while I was there. Yogis Hatha class, manos aerial yoga, and dials creative yoga, power yoga. I loved the teachers and had a great time doing all the classes. I will come back next time I visit Bali! I did not stay in peace. Alkaline is a good restaurant.

In august, my wife and I spent about 10 nights at the sanctum. Although it wasnt the best place for my liking when the first place we stayed was one of the outposts called Serenity, after 5 nights, we were moved to the Serenity 2 location, which was much nicer. We thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere, which was only a brief stroll from the sanctum. Excellent, upbeat personnel were employed. The yoga, spa, and food, however, werent the main reasons I picked serenity solely because of the lodging. There was some work to be done in my muscles, and the therapists got me in top shape! We regularly dined at the spa during our time there if not twice a day since we enjoyed the meal. I took five different classes in yoga, and I believe they all involved yoga. He is a fantastic educator, and his teaching helped me greatly. The ice bath, breath work, and sound healing classes we took were now the greatest and greatest parts of our visit. For the educational portion of things, I was able to go through everything in practice and feel all of my emotions arise through the breathwork, which gave me the space to accept myself and begin a healing journey. The employees here were extremely professional and pleasant. They work on our aching muscles. I would recommend you to try yoga lessons daily.

No AC, tapi nggak panas karena ada kipas angin. Biarpun eco-guesthouse tapi nggak ada gangguan serangga2 karena di kamar ada kelambu. Love chilling by the pool and the yoga classes.
