The location is strategic, it also close to the city center. The breakfast is bad, and the rooms are small and dirty. I found the bathroom to be unclean. The friendliness of the staff who worked there was really nice.

The location is quiet and about 15 minutes walk from the city center. No noise from the road. The host arranges transportation and has a very good plan what to seed in Bali based on our preferences. Great experience staying with a Balinese family inside the family property. We family of four had a room with a private bathroom. All other things were shared with the family. It was a good and immersive experience. Of course, this is not a four-season, so expecting hotel resort-style services will lead nowhere. This is real Balinese living. But the great hospitality of the hosts, from preparing the breakfast coffee for you to providing you with a good background in Balinese history, culture, and family practices, etc. Offers a unique experience. The location is quiet and about 15 minutes walk from the city center.

I would definitely recommend staying here again. When we entered and requested a room, he overcharged us for what is advertised on the hostel website but that was made up. For both mornings, with a delicious breakfast. Basic but clean rooms. He was very helpful and booked everything for us and gave us very good advice.

If I visited Bud, I would return here. The room's security was the only drawback I had. A tiny key was visible from the outside and a wooden bar was visible from the inside. A small key on the exterior and a wooden bar on the inside were visible, so be prepared. My room was spacious and included a fan, a double bed, a wardrobe, and a desk. My room had a private bathroom, and like typical Balinese homes, I had a view of the garden. The patio is also set up with outdoor seating and light. There was a temple, many beautiful trees, plants, and wildlife on the grounds. Chickens, birds, and lizards are regular visitors. The proprietor was very pleasant and showed me around my room. The family also lives on their own portion of the grounds, and you can often observe them doing their daily tasks, cleaning, washing clothes, eating, cooking, and looking to. If I went to Bud, I would stay here once more.

It was a fantastic, intimate encounter to live with a Balinese family inside the family compound. We a family of four had a private bathroom in the apartment. Everything else was shared with the family. It was a satisfying and immersive experience. There aren't four seasons, so expect services of the hotel resort kind. This is true Balinese life. Nevertheless, the incredible hospitality of the hosts, from preparing the breakfast coffee for you to providing you with an excellent introduction to Balinese history, culture, and family practices, etc., combines to create a unique experience. The location is peaceful and is about a 15-minute walk from the city center. There isn't much traffic noise. The host arranges transportation and comes up with a very good plan of what to plant in Bali based on our preferences.
