For our guest comfort and comfortable stay we had provide a few basic Rules that we need to follow during your stay.
Security has the right to ask and stop activities that are considered suspicious.
Parties, events or meetings are not allowed.
Maintain cleanliness in the home and outside the home.
Respect Neighbour & the local community.
Security has the right to take an action if guests violates againts the Law
Visitor that visit the guest must leave the residential area before 24:00.
Every visitor, especially package / food delivery, must wait and meet at the lobby
Security has the right to ask for identity of each guest.

Pets are not allowed.
Guests must show the correct identity when booking or reported.
Avoid suspicious activities that againts the Law such as:
Dress properly and politely when outside the home or public area.
Place trash in the space provided.
